The lady taking orders I think was the manager. Well it seems she was having a bad day and took it out on me. I ordered one large fry she charged me $9.50 when I saw the discrepancy in price I asked her why am I being charged $9.50 for a large fry she gets all upset and start smacking her lips as if I’m doing something wrong by not wanting to pay $9.50 for one large fry we then find out she charged me for two large fries and insists that I asked for two large fries when I know for sure I asked for one large fry. the thing is her accent is so strong and so heavy you cannot understand what she’s saying It is not my fault that you cannot speak the language as I am a foreigner myself and have learned to speak the language properly do not get mad at your customers and start smacking your lips and throwing stuff around just because you made a mistake. Do not have the nerve to tell your customers that you don’t make the prices. You clearly charged me more than you should have. This is by far my least favorite location. Customer service should be revisited at this location.

I’ve come here a few times through the drive thru and the items are rarely prepared the way they’re advertised, especially seasonal items. They also always close before the actual closing time. Drove by a handful of times before closing (30+ min) and they announced they were closed. I think theres only one person working at night and they like to hide until people leave. They’ll pop their heads out as soon as you drive away :/ I just end up going to Jack in the box every time instead.

Staff didn’t acknowledge me at the counter for quite some time. Floor and tables are filthy. They ask for your name, then call out a number when your order is ready. Music blasting like you’re at a rave. Burrito doesn’t quite look like the pic on the menu.
