This is the third time these fries come like this. I like how I ordered a large fries, but instead im getting regular or medium amount of fries in my large fries container. Thos picture is straight out of the bag. Idk why they keep doing this though. Girl at the drive thru was nice though

I came into the drive thru and ordered what I usually order , when I ordered at the voice box I specially asked for extra seasoned beef, extra queso, and to add pico on the nachos, not only did he repeat back the wrong thing and I needed to correct him 2 times, he rushed me through the order talking over me. When you order extra items you have to pay for all of the extra things I put on top. I opened it to take a bite and noticed that there was queso on the surface of the nachos and not extra like I had asked. If I’m paying money for extra queso I expect my nachos to be covered in queso instead half of the nachos are DRY and STALE. The pico that I had ordered and payed extra for as well, was 5 pieces of diced tomato. They listened with extra seasoned beef though??? This is legit the only time they’ve ever gotten my order wrong and usually the customer service is amazing but when we were explaining to the cashier our concerns he was tossed the food back to us, didn’t give up back the bag it came in and the slammed the window on our faces loudly. when my wife honked the horn to get the bag back he ignored us. Moral of the story if your not looking to get disrespected by a high schooler and ignored and rushed through your order of the food YOU ARE PAYING FOR just don’t go here! Unfortunately we couldn’t catch his name due to him slamming the window on us and then ignoring us completely.

If you want hot fries THIS is the place to go. My favorite is the crunchy taco combo(no tomatoes) so good.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences here. When I simply asked for hot sauce, the staff made me feel embarrassed and put me on the spot in front of other customers. Something so small should never have turned into a humiliating moment. The lack of courtesy and respect was glaring, and it completely ruined the visit. I left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome, and I can confidently say I never want to go back.

I got a cheddar quesadilla combo, the cheese wasn’t melted. The french fries were cold and I witnessed him take a 2 L bottle of coat and pour it into a cup, I seriously want my $12 back.!! The sign says always fresh money back guaranteed. Please do better.!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My husband and I were craving Del Taco so we ordered our food. My husband has some allergies so we asked for his burger plain and he asked for his meal to be large. I ordered a large fry and two tacos. The lady in the drive through was very nice until I asked for the fries to be fresh. When we received our food and arrived home, the fries were nasty like undercooked, his burger had extra mayo and tomatoes and his fries were not even a large. They charged us for food my husband couldn’t eat just because they didn’t want to make fresh fries that weren’t sitting out forever. I am so disappointed

This place is always dirty. Never has sodas, gives only a few packets of hot sauce, gets order incorrect. This is the worst Del Taco ever and the only one close to me. A travesty because I like Del Taco. Not this store
