I ordered delivery. So I can’t comment on service. When I got my food the large coke was completely watered down. Coke should be a dark brown now clear with a tint of brown and no carbonation. I guess they also stopped putting stickers to cover the straw hole and tape the bag to make sure nothing was opened. The fries were also burnt and hard. The quesadilla was good at least.

This new post isn’t much different from the last , except added new photo of freezer with sign stating fresh ingredients daily with an empty freezer ( see photo ). Employee’s need people skills. Rude and don’t care . Some don’t speak English. Also extremely noisy in dinning area . Air conditioner blower unit above dining area makes it very difficult to hear the people at your table speak , that and the malfunctioning house music, that plays parts of songs . The malfunctioning blower you can feel it shaking the floor , the seats , the walls , the lights . When the bearings finally go out on the unit and it catches fire , I will be sure to show this to the fire inspectors . Because there’s no way employees or manager dont hear this noise .

Sometimes the portions are ridiculous the snack tacos are small already but sometimes they come almost flat with barely anything in them. It wasnt always this way. I think they hired a new manager who is pretty tight. I saw him yell at a guy for taking too many napkins it was pretty ridiculous.

Chill place, workers are friendly and I understand that sometimes people make mistakes, I like going there at night because they’re fast.

I just got home and they left out two of my Del tacos. But they never gave me a receipt. Plus can’t even call location to complain! I had groceries to put in my fridge. Ugh I am not going back today. It late nearly 8:30 pm, I’m tired, I’m hungry so I will figure it out. I am shocked there is no way to contact live.

I don’t go here anymore. They upchage and play stupid. I go to one on Citrus or Vincent. The other night I ordered three snack tacos, bean and cheese burrito, and large duet coke. It was the Tuesday night special. The guy said 12.55. Then lowered it to 10 something. Do something about this. This isn’t the first time.

Horrible service , got home opened my bag of food to discover 4 items missing , 3 items sloppy just thrown in a wrapper. Called to tell them they didn’t give me my complete order and they refused to refund my money even after the woman at window acknowledge she didn’t give me my items because they were on her counter still. She stated , well it’s not a lot of money , I told her , that’s not the point I came home with half my order and now I had to go get more food elsewhere for my self because I gave my daughter my food . She says sorry no money back . So basically they steal yr money , give you sloppy food thrown in a wrapper . Not to mention I was the only person in drive threw place was empty , so how do you mess up an order during this time . Sad this location use to be good , serviceand food has declined!
