It’s was disgusting back in the kitchen, the staff was so rude didn’t even know who was cooking, whipping down counters in the back with the SAME gloves they prep the food with! Didn’t get people’s orders right.
The manager (big nose with glasses) was offering discounts to people at the drive through because her daughter told her too! (Her Rude teenager was in the restaurant too!)

I went to the drive thru and the person helping me was extremely rude, I got to the window and she just threw me the bag.. the food was cold, the tacos were broken.. Just very rude in general. Do not go to this del taco, nasty.

I asked for 3 tacos and they charged me for 5 when I went back to get the refund and the girl on the mic, forgot her mic was on and she was like “she said five Bruh” I get it I use to work for fast food and I know the headsets sometimes suck but don’t have an attitude about it . Mistakes happen i get that also!!! But to top it off I couldn’t even give the extra 2 tacos back the girl at the window with tattoos didn’t even look at me when she handed my card back and she closed the window all fast ! I let them know as well the mic was still on and I heard what they had to say and the girl at the window said it was the cook who said it and was speaking to her about it ! That wasn’t the point there was no need for an attitude !

Went there on the night of November 2nd and got in the drive thru at 12:09 am (so technically the morning or the 3rd). When we pulled up to the drive thru, someone told us over the speaker they close at midnight. We had checked Google, which says it closes at 1 am. This place sucks it’s closest to my house there’s two other locations I’ve gone to that are 100 times better every time I go to this one I get rude service especially from the women they can’t ever take an order right and then they blame their customers for them not knowing how to put an order in I go through drive-thrus often and I have never had this problem anywhere I used to work fast food I know how to order food so where it’s not confusing the food is always mediocre as well and my tacos are always soggy I live around the corner this place is nasty from the food to the workers attitudes

Food was very cold! The beans in the burrito were cold. Even just an egg burrito which is easy to whip up was cold. Hash browns were also cool to the touch! There should have been no reason for this as they were definitely not busy as we were the only one in the drive thru and there didn’t appear to be any patrons i inside either. It was terrible!
