Edit- I went back because I was hungry and they gave me the same fish taco that I took a small bite out of back! I felt it was suspicious when they took literally one minute to “remake” my order. Fries are still stale and the other fish taco is horrible. Do Not Go To This Del Taco.
I got beer fish tacos and they’re so dried out and like no meat at all. Fries are stale even though we had to wait like 5 minutes in the drive thru. Asked for no sauce for my sons bean and cheese burrito and there was tons of sauce. Called because we got it to go and I didn’t want to drive back so wanted them to remake it for tomorrow but I called 3 times and no one picks up the phone. Never coming to this one again.

I went to this Del Taco and the person at the drive thru register was rude and got our order wrong even after we told him three times. He tried to gaslight me into believing that what I ordered was what I asked for when it was not. When I tried to explain to him he told me good bye after not giving me my food. This particular Del Taco restaurant is very bad and they need to train their staff to really listen to the order and stop being rude.

Was served rotten food. Called but no one picks up. Fish taco hard as rock. Dried fish. Tastes and smells like rotten fish (smell from garbage can). I feel unsafe consuming food from the restaurant. I have other foods ordered as well but not going to eat them after taking a bite on this.

Been to this location many many times and the food is usually good, it’s Del Taco so don’t really expect gourmet food. Employees are usually pretty friendly and quick to get everything ready and the dinning area is normally clean. I do feel bad for them at times due to the “interesting” customers. Homeless people frequent the location and seem to camp out in the lobby at times. They will play on their phones watching inappropriate videos at full Volume, sleep, bring shopping carts inside and make a big mess in the bathrooms. Today this guy in the picture apparently REALLY needed to charge his phone so he steps on the chair and connects to an outlet in the ceiling. I can only imagine the owner getting sued after he falls. My advice is to go through the drive thru if coming here.

I noticed “Yvette” was a very friendly and professional individual not only to myself but to everyone else as well. I was absolutely AMAZED how she was handling the front counter and the drive-thru and how EXTREMELY helpful she is to people. “Yvette” is a type of employee that everyone should have when it comes to customer service. Newer Restaurant.
Almost a flagship restaurant – but when I pulled into the parking lot and accessed the handicapped spot, I walked all the way over to the door (in the afternoon) to find the lobby was closed.
The drive-through was opened so I walked all the way back to my vehicle at 4:15 pm, Sunday.
I went through the drive-through and the people at ‘the other end’ of the ordering speaker seemed confused, disoriented, and were struggling intensely. Finally, I completed my order and pulled along side.
After minutes of intense searching and multiple attempts at using the ordering register, the order went through. It seemed like it was the first day of everyone that worked there, even though this location has been open for some time. BTW… I get VERY nervous when people take my credit card and disappear for quite sometime, especially when the card leaves my sight. It was gone for a long period of time while the ordering processed was finally guessed correctly.
To say there was mass confusion would be an understatement. Finally the food came which was VERY good.
Corporate needs to get off their cans and get in there to do training. The staff is trying and struggling. They obviously just have not been trained correctly, or not at all. That is very apparent.

Worst customer service went inside waited no one said anything saw me looked right past me like they were judging me. Never will come back. Had to get out go through the drive thru just to get helped. Then they went on the intercom and said have you been helped shouldn’t you know as a worker. Like not serious it’s a food place but serious rude customer service that should not be overlooked.

I’m so upset. I work across the street and decided to walk to this Del taco to get some lunch and exercise in today. I had been craving the Del carbons and thought I’d treat myself to a milkshake for my walk. Well to my surprise as I’m walking up to the door a staff member opens it and says “we’re closed”. Now I can see people inside eating so I’m confused. She stated that I couldn’t come in because they are short staff but let me tell you why I’m so hurt and disappointed. I am a proud black (African American) woman. I am well mannered and if I may say so I keep myself well groomed. As I’m walking away I see a Caucasian family with 2 strollers and the exact same staff member holds the door open for them! I’m livid! If I had the time I would go back and protest but I’m just too hungry and I have work to do… Sidenote it is around 12noon on a Saturday and everyone sitting inside was either white or Hispanic. This could result in a huge lawsuit.

Came here late night to grab a quick meal and this is what I got even more expensive than the taco truck I was also told I had to order my drink and fries separately because it didn’t come with the meal false advertising or did I get someone’s actual street tacos that they didn’t eat and gave me those no consume either I also asked what did the meal come with and they responded with we don’t have it

I ordered 2 chicken soft tacos 1 med fries 1 chilli cheese fries so 1 chicken soft taco had a black long hair I shocked to eat & to pull it out couldn’t eat the other taco as I got disgusted No not my hair as Im a blonde & the hair is mixed into the chicken your staff better have there hair up in a bun & a hair net this was VERY DISGUSTING
