They were too busy waiting on people at the drive up to worry about the people that were inside the restaurant trying to order. They look like they were short staffed but that’s not a customer‘s problem. It took me about 10 minutes to get my order placed, fries with no salt, and they were burned and it looked like all the spare pieces that nobody else wants to eat. I don’t live in that area but I’ll remember not to go there again if I ever back again.

Stopped by for dinner haven’t been to Del taco in years. Decades was looking for a macho burrito. They change the name to epic burrito actually taste the same. I’ve always liked the fries at Del taco they were just how I remember them. The menu has changed so much. This Del Taco on beach Boulevard in La Habra ,It’s pretty clean. Lots of tables and chairs for indoor dining and service was courteous and friendly. OK I’ve always said these kids that work fast food are really hard workers,this place is no exception. there’s plenty of parking with a handicap stalls at the front entrance.

Two Strikes, Del Taco. I’m Done.
After a failed attempt at one location where the cashier seemed to be randomly mashing buttons like it was their first time seeing a register, I gave Del Taco a second chance. Big mistake.
This time, everything seemed normal—until the smallest, most basic request somehow got ignored again. I asked for light ice. Not once, but twice. Clear, respectful, and direct. What did I get? A cup filled to the brim with ice like I asked for the exact opposite.
I brought it up again, calmly, and was met with disappointment. No fix. No care. Just that gut-punch feeling of being ignored and brushed off when all you want is a simple, decent experience.
If you’re thinking of grabbing a bite at Del Taco, think twice. No one deserves to leave frustrated, hungry, and questioning why they even tried.

I just went to the drive thru at 2pm, I was told their grill was not available because they were cleaning it. So unheard of for a restaurant.

Del Taco has always been one of my favorite Mexican fast food places. The only problem I have with them is sometimes the drive thru can take forever.
