This is the last time I let you get me. I can do better and will.
Shows that the store doesn’t care about health.
You need to educate your employees!!
The food temperature danger zone is the range between 40°F and 140°F (4°C and 60°C) where bacteria multiply rapidly in food, potentially causing foodborne illness. Perishable foods, especially those requiring time and temperature control for safety (TCS), should be kept out of this zone as much as possible to minimize bacterial growth.

Time to do things the correct way.
You have to yell into the box at the drive thru for the person to hear you
The store is clearly understaffed so there is a huge wait
And lastly the few employees here arent very friendly and make mistakes. It’s understandable to make mistakes when understaffed, but when you do make a mistake and the customer informs you and you turn passive aggressive, that’s when it’s an issue.
The female employee did not give us the hot sauce packets we requested at the drive thru. I went in to politely ask for the packets and she clearly became annoyed and said I could grab them at the table behind me.
The table behind me only had mild and medium, I wanted the hot and after I informed her of this she just asked how many and handed them to me without a simple apology for her own mistake.
We all have worked in stressful and understaffed areas before, but that doesn’t give an excuse to treat your customers like a nuisance.
