All this new people and cant get an order correct I ask for tacos and 1 large fries they forget to charge the fries I heard the worker there saying not to add much cheese and meat to the tacos my surprise was that the tacos had nothing much in it won’t be coming here anymore especially $4 for just a little pit of fries. The tacos is a joke here theres nothing in it not even the cheese.

Its 20 past midnight, i was just here, waiting at the speaker for someone for about 5 min. Nobody acknowledged, so i drove to the window. Nobody around, but have the open 24hr sign lit up. Also the hours of the restaurant there on the window saying drivethru open 24 hrs. So which one is it, are they open or closed?? Management needs to fix this asap!

They advertise being open 24/7. I showed up at 3:55 am on a Saturday night. I had come quite some distance for a late-night meal. Turns out they were closed for inventory control. They wouldn’t open up for another 20 minutes. Too late! Lunch period was over, and I had to starve. Thanks a lot. I get the need to do internal processing, but at least you should indicate your restaurant is closed for that period, so we don’t waste our time driving all the way over for nothing.

This place said it was 24 hours but for some reason they felt it was smart to put The close at the Drive thru window instead of the order screen need to atleast put it at multiple locations or put cones at the drive thru.

The messed up my mobile order. I was supposed to get two free The del tacos with my meal and they only placed one taco inside my bag instead of two. Always check your food before you leave the drive thru even if you have to break the sticker seal and check. Make sure everything is there.

The Caucasians guy / big boy man child that works there now, is a racist and a liar! He lied and said that the ebt machine wasn’t working. After I started recording him, for not putting a sign up stating that it’s not working like normal companies, he said he didn’t have to put a sign up” and closed the window rudely. I waved for help, & Seconds later the sweet Hispanic girls came over and swiped my ebt card. Wowwww I couldn’t believe he literally lied. WHERES THE HR MANAGER?!! Definitely calling corporate.

I honestly don’t think this location should even be open. My group and I first tried to enter the restaurant during what should have been normal business hours. The lights were on, but there was no one in sight, so we decided to go through the drive-thru. We waited in the drive-thru for a long time, hoping someone would take our order. After about 30 minutes—maybe even longer—someone finally came to the speaker, but with an attitude, asking what we wanted. They didn’t offer any suggestions and seemed to be rushing us through the process.
When we got to the window, we realized the reason for the delay: one of the employees inside was more focused on giving attention to someone in the restaurant rather than doing her job. The customer service was seriously lacking. We didn’t get a chance to check the cleanliness inside, but the drive-thru area had paper and trash scattered everywhere.
As for the food, it was disappointing. The tortillas were slightly hard, the meat was dry, and everything tasted like it had been sitting out for far too long. I ordered a decent amount of food, including tacos, soft shells, and fries, but none of it was good.
Honestly, I can’t recommend anyone go to this location until they make some serious changes to the staff and their service. If the employees are more interested in personal matters than taking care of customers, they might as well stay home. This was far from the experience I expected, and I won’t be going back anytime soon.
