By far the worst Del Taco I’ve ever been to. Usually cheese is fresh and tacos are crisp. Their cheese here is dead and tacos came out soggy. At all other Del Taco locations I’ve been to, the churros are got fresh and awesome. These were overcooked and totally dead on arrival. Burritos here are also completely lame. It’s like they let the ingredients sit out on the counter. Probably overdue for a health department inspection because the team here clearly does not care about keeping high standards like every other Del Taco. Bummer…

They had no problem allowing customers to sit in and lock the doors but they put a sign up with the lights off that just said no power. I call BS. They had a string of cars lined up in drive through and had no employees out there telling them they were closed. If this was just because a person or persons showed up that an employee didn’t like, they did the customers, the store and Del Taco dirty and made it look bad. It’s not hard to tell surrounding businesses to turn off all the lights because someone is around and this isn’t the first time it’s happened either.

They overcharge and then short you the food , never return calls to refund over 12 dollars I was charged for absolutely nothing. Get staff that knows the menu and how to ring up and charge correctly. I called 800 customer service number and they were no help. T

Regularly this location is awesome, never extraordinary but what do you expect. This time around it seemed like a manager taking ky drive thru order. She couldn’t listen to the order, maybe distracted maybe just above having to work the drive thru. Either way I clearly stated the carne asada torta, asked if I wanted the combo but couldn’t understand no thank you. So she asked what I said. Then asked for one of each of the chicken rollers. That request was too difficult because she had to clarify again. Normally wouldn’t bother me but upon getting home with my 9 dollar “EPIC” torta this is what I get? Welp won’t be getting a torta from here ever again

Del Taco is light years ahead of Taco Bell but I’m getting really tired of being served nasty avocados on my food. This is not the first time this has happened. They have signs out about how fresh the food is but does this look fresh to you?
3/16/19 update. Came into this same location and ordered the carne asada Plato. This time there were a few actual pieces of steak and the rest of it was all beans. This Del Taco location is really blowing it! Don’t become like Taco Bell!

Went thru the drive thru tonite(Fri 9:30p) Ordered a #1 and #9. Dude in the drive thru handed us 2 bags. Neither meal had fries and the #9 was 2 bean burritos. So… We had to go back thru the drive thru again. They were pretty quick to give us the correct food without any problems but waiting in the drive thru line 2x sucked and soured the experience. Mistakes happen I know but…
