This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at any Del Taco.
I ordered an egg burrito (no cheese, no sauce), a Del Double Cheeseburger—sandwich only, not a meal, and two hash browns. We repeated the “no cheese, no sauce” part multiple times because Tonya, the manager, kept asking again as if she wasn’t listening. Her tone was rude and impatient throughout the interaction.
When we got the food, the burrito had cheese, wasn’t wrapped properly, and even had random vegetables that didn’t belong. I went inside to fix it and was told, “I didn’t hear you,” even though we clearly repeated the order several times.
Then when I got home, I realized my Del Double Cheeseburger wasn’t even a Del Double Cheeseburger — it was just a plain cheeseburger with no lettuce or vegetables. If I specifically asked for a Del Double Cheeseburger (sandwich only, not a meal), how is it appropriate to completely change my order to something I didn’t ask for?
When I called to resolve the issue, Tonya talked over me, tried to shift the blame, and made me feel like I was the problem. I eventually had to hang up.
As a disabled veteran, I expected a little patience and respect — not an argument and a wrong order. This was supposed to be a simple breakfast, not a confrontation.
Completely disappointed. The food was wrong, the service was rude, and the attitude was unacceptable, also the food tasted like crap.

Waited in line for 10 minutes. Has my child was getting she finds hair in her food. Tried calling the restaurant to inform them of this and of course no answer! We want be going back!

New location. Great food. Clean restaurant with friendly staff. Parking is pretty tight because construction is still going on. Ordered the two taco with fries combo. The tacos are a mean itself. Wasn’t too busy during the visit.

I would think about hiring new people for this location, rude and very slow. There is barely 4 cars in the drive thru. No one in the dinning room and the employees have cars waiting 10 min just to order.

I love this location! Staff is always friendly and fast! The restaurant is always clean, from the door to the bathrooms, drining, and kitchen area that is visible from the front counter! I will always come back to this location when I’m working on this end of town! I will also be informing friends and family when they are on this side of town!

Today i came the store but wanted to go in side since drive thru was crowded. It was 8 o’clock pm but the inside was closed i asked why one person said he didn’t know but the lady said it closes at 8pm . Is this a true statement if so why at 8pm

I understand being busy but really..?? Come on now.. the cashier was very nice but the food… Smh.. I had 2 pieces of tomato on my tacos and the nachos had literally one scoop of beans and cheese and the rest were chips.. Come on Man..

I pulled up 20 minutes before closing and the team had a great attitude and didn’t guilt trip me for ordering that close to closure.
My burrito was so good I actually HAD to pull back thru less than 10 minutes later for another one and was met with the same great service!
Your staff on shift 6/11/2025 at 11:45 pm deserve a raise, or some sort of recognition for their positivity, efficiency, and quality.

I never go to Del Taco and today I decided to eat there. Went inside around 7:45pm to see only 2 employees working. One making food and the other who was taking orders at drive thru window. I was acknowledged at the counter but then she continued taking orders from drive thru. After standing at register for a while I just decided to leave and I did so without being even noticed. Waste of time…..
