We had tacos at Del taco at excalibur in vegas The tacos were ok and the guacamole was surprisingly good for a food court. Leilani was super friendly and efficient, and the other staff member was great too. Overall, a very pleasant experience — definitely a solid choice if you’re in the food court!

I love Del Taco and whenever I’m out west I always have to go!! I was excited that there was one where I was staying in Vegas until I ate there. Went Saturday and my burrito wasn’t wrapped right and it fell apart 1/4 through it. Bit into my taco and found a hair. When I told the worker all I got was sorry. No refund or free meal.
Decided to go back on Monday and again my burrito fell apart and could not eat it. Taco shells were stale and again fell apart. Again no refund or free meal. Next time I’m in town I’ll pass here for sure.

All of the reviews on here have been really really negative, but My Wife and I came and we are really impressed by the service. The portion size was probably too much, considering every Delta we’ve ever been to the portion was way less, but I’m not mad about getting overserved. The service was fast, the food is hot and fresh, and the employees were pleasant.

Had a good exp with Del Taco at the boarder of AZ. Thought to try again. Staff at this location is totally not interested to provide counter service. Just shake his head and kept walking away looking dazed when I asked whether I can use a Del Taco coupon. So, I went to Popeye.

Worst experience of Del Taco ever! Have been going to Del Taco for quite a while, but today was just preposterous.
We took the 8 layer veggie burrito, and the rice in the burrito was not cooked ( not undercooked ). The rice grains were hard solid, and cut my friend inside her mouth. On top of that, when I told the manager, he looks at me like I am carrying uncooked grains of rice with blood on it to get refunds.
Visiting the doctor on Monday, you guys better hope it’s not something serious.

I arrived in Vegas at midnight, I was hungry and del taco sounded pretty good! I ordered my food and waited a while I got 3 bites in and was going for my 4th bite when I just so happen to notice a razor blade in my burrito!! I took a picture and went and asked for a refund.. the guys working there were joking around and thought it was wild and funny! Then proceeded to argue about who was gonna page the manager… the manager came and it seemed like it was a inconvenience to him to have to give me the refund.. idk all around HORRRRRRRRRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They were all toooo busy trying to holler at girls that walked by like weirdos!

Think the food would have come out faster if I went to the store and then came back and cooked it myself. 2 workers, 1 making food the other.. not sure stacking shelves or something. Food came out cold, overall pretty meh. Unless you are specifically craving Del Taco go elsewhere. Lots of others options in the food court with quicker food that actually comes out hot.
