The soda was flat, and to top it off, no tray was provided for dine-in, which is basic fast-food service.
Food portions were disappointing, service felt careless, and the overall experience matched the run-down feel of the area.
Definitely not worth the money. Won’t be back to this dump anytime soon.
I used to go to the West Sahara location for years and never had a problem there and they still made my favorite , the Macho Bacon and Egg Burrito even though it was no longer on the menu . It was a meal by itself ! I come here mostly for the 3 Grilled Chicken Soft Taco Special on Thursdays , Chicken Quesadillas , or Loaded Nachos . I would get the Bacon Double Del Cheeseburger at the Sahara location sometimes , but I haven’t had it here .
Today I got the 3 Grilled Chicken Soft Taco Special and Queso Loaded Fries , which I had not had before . They were pretty good and I have no complaints on any of my food . I’ve never had a problem with any of my food at this location . The times I have come in to order instead of the drive thru the dining room looked clean and organized . The staff I have ordered from have been not overly friendly , but not rude either . It’s Del Taco .
There are four Crew, and one manager on duty.
Answering a statement made in another’s review.
They got our order wrong despite repeating it back, were rude when we took it back, and when we got home, we found the chips were stale and the guac was weirdly sour, almost like chemicals.
The portions also seemed smaller than normal.
We wish we went to any other location.
Received cold uncooked fries. How hard is it to use the timer that is already at the fry station? And I did take back the 1st fries just to receive another container of cold undercooked fries.
This is way fast food industry is hurting. Overpriced food for poor quality food and service
1) Could you please train your people to acknowledge people in your dining room who are ready to place an order? It’s simply common courtesy. We realize that you may be busy with something, but a simple “Hello, I’ll be right with you.” would be nice. This is why places like In-N-Out Burger and Chik-fil-A are always busy, and your places aren’t as much. Oh, and please make sure that they can speak English, and not just Spanish to kiss up to the Latinos who come in. It’s pretty annoying.
2) 11/2/25 Could you please have this big shrub that’s to the left of the parking stalls facing your main two doors trimmed back a bit. It makes it hard to open one’s car door.
Thank you!
3) Whether or not an item is free or not, using points, receipts should be given either way, especially in the case of food poisoning, where proof of purchase would be required.
