Parking lot is clean, picked up, no cigarette butts in the gardens, etc.
Entrance door handle was clean. Upon entrance, the floor and bathroom hall were also very clean.
Both bathrooms are clean, although probably not a great idea to leave bathroom cleaning chemicals where children have access to them.
Dining room tables and chairs were wiped down by the manager who was on the front cash register between customers.
Burritos are hot, drink is refreshing, I’ll absolutely be back here.

I went to Del taco this morning fully expecting to get some food unfortunately I also needed to use the restroom. I explained to the staff that I was going to pee on myself. They notified me that they would not allow me to use the restroom until I purchased my food first. Interestingly, the cashier said her name was Vanessa but on the receipt it says Maria. The working person stated that they would not provide me a refund after I eat, used their restroom. I explained to the staff that you saw a customer almost pee on themselves. I was rudely told by allegedly Vanessa at the 1811 Del taco that she would not provide a refund because I used her restroom. I did try to explain that that doesn’t make any sense so this is why this place gets a horrific review. I will never return to this location and I will make sure to explain to people not to come here. They will get a review on all apps.

Yikes, talk about shrinkflation. paid $25 for the two taco meal and a burrito, paid extra for cheese and sour cream, never put it on the burrito. tortillas are different, very chewy. their regular tacos are now basically snack sized. burrito was the size of a taco lol

I typically don’t write a review for a place until I have been there a few times. However, I will make an exception for this Del Taco. The food was amazing. Best I’ve had in a while. The service was also very quick and they were polite. Everything tasted fresh.

Ordered through the app and got cheeseburger no cheese and a piece of bone in my taco. I literally had to go back inside and get cheese put on the burger. Definitely check your food before you leave. I got half when I discovered the bone in my taco.

I’ve been coming here for years. I live down the street. This morning the lady said “what do you want” and then proceeded to mess up the entire order. A bean and cheese burrito with beef. Didn’t add the beef, put the beef in a few soft tacos that were supposed to be chicken. And practically threw the bags out the window.
