Outstanding visit to our local Del Taco service there was OUTSTANDING!!!Only negative I have to add is the folks can only do so much with the products that the that del taco corporation provides them. The staff was very orientated to the cleanliness of the store. Felt very comfortable there.

Honestly they have good sized portions, they’re inexpensive and they use fresh grated cheese. However, I was raised on Taco Bell and since I was out West I just wanted to try it out. I like Taco Bell’s seasoning better. But, if you’re a “chili” or “texmex” kinda person, you’ll probably like Del Taco.

I’ve wanted to try Del Taco for a while, so on the way back to Las Vegas from Hoover Dam I stopped in.
I loved the retro look of the location, and had such great service.
My husband got the chicken quesadilla of which I became jealous. Along with the fries, it was such a treat.
I tried the layered veggie burrito which was made relatively well but lacked … Something. I think maybe a bit more cheddar would help.
Sodas were well calibrated, and I wish we had locations in NC!

I stopped by Del Taco around 7:45 PM on a Friday night. The young guy with brown hair working the drive-thru (I think his name tag said Malacai) was outstanding, as always. Every time I’ve come through, he’s polite, kind, and delivers great service with a positive attitude. It really makes a difference when someone is consistently this professional and friendly. Thank you for making the experience so pleasant!

Today September 7, 2024 store #1432 I was ORDER #50 via the drive through. My drive through total was $4.09. I paid for my order with a $10 bill. The Cashier was handing me my change of $5.91 and dropped $0.81 on the ground. Asked him for my change in my hand and he refused to give me my change in my hand from the cash register a second time. He stated that “You can get out of the car and pick it up if I want it.” It’s 106 degrees outside today. I call the store and requested to speak with the manager. The person who answered the phone said that he was the manager. I informed him of what happened and requested the cashiers name for this review. He stated that the cashiers name is Alex. However, my receipt says that the cashiers name is Richard . He is big chubby guy. Extremely poor customer service experience because of this guy! He needs to be reprimanded and retrained on how to treat customers. I’m the easiest going person and I’m not known for causing trouble. Richard or Alex whatever his name is, motivated me to write my first bad review ever online. I truly hope that he’s not at the window if I decide to return to that location again. SMH

The food is fair to poor quality. The staff are nice enough and really working hard to cookie cutter style the food for everyone driving up. I love the fries/burrito combo. The facility is average clean. I guess nothing really jumped out to me and said “wow look at this Del Taco!” As always you pay what you get.

Its good but the location on google is wrong. It is on palo verde by the smiths, not by the albertsons on boulder highway and lake mead. That one is 150 boulder highway its a different del taco. 898 is 24 hours, 150 is not ever open at night.

Paid $20 for a #16 Cheeseburger and a side of carne asada streak fries. They only gave me the steak fries, employee failed to even check what he was giving me. $20 for this??? I live across town so I couldn’t drive back -why would I?

Not a deal anymore. More expensive than Taco Bell. Taco Bell??? I got a #2. 2 chicken tacos/fries/ drink. $11.50. Not a deal, not worth the price. Think of having to feed more than 1??? Will not be coming back unless the prices are affordable…
