This location is not good at all its the worst one I’ve been too. They never acknowledged you when you come in so you just stand there and they just ignore you for 5 minutes not even say they will be right with you or anything it’s just rude. That happens every time also everytime I get a burrito they never ever wrap it up right and it falls apart its so frustrating because the burrito always falls apart and its messy and the food falls out of it how can you work here and not fold a damn burrito correctly?. Had to end up eating this one with a spoon i had in my car and still got it all over my hands and shirt…

I have been going here forever but after today I dont think I will be anymore. We can’t upgrade our drink with our meals to the new popper drinks? Really?? Ordered the 3 for 7 fish tacos and was completely disappointed in them. The corn tortillas weren’t even cooked so they just fell apart. I don’t understand why you would serve fish tacos on uncooked corn tortillas. I am completely disappointed ☹️ I couldn’t even pick them up.

Needed a Del Taco fix. Del Beef Burrito did it. I love the cheese here. Since burritos were 2 for$7, I got a Spicy Chicken one too. A few grain of rice were undercooked and quite hard. Glad I didn’t break a tooth. Taste was good and satisfying. The Dr. Pepper self-service soda machine lever needs to be fixed. It sticks on after taking cup away. Got all sticky trying to get level back to forward position. Told girl at counter but I don’t think she understood English. Nothing was done while I was there eating. Tables were cleaned often and the floor too. Good job.

Horrible, horrible, horrible double del cheeseburger with a stale bun. I love the Double Del cheeseburger the Best but you completely failed me especially on Father’s Day. No wonder you never have anyone in your drive through nor inside because you keep it locked. Take some damn pride in your services.

I went through the drive though had a medium sized order nobody was behind me and they asked me to pull around and park which I didn’t have a problem with then they give my order to SOMBODY ELSE parked in the space next to me who had it for a solid 2 or 3 minutes when they found out they gave it to the wrong person they immediate went over to me lied and said they didn’t open anything (I asked other person who had thier window down and they said they opened 1 or two items ) and then gave attitude when I asked for my food to be remade (did they forget covid is still a thing and even if it wasn’t i don’t appreciate eating something a stranger already touched ) they came back 5 or 6 minutes later with the same bag/food (everything was exactly were it was in the last time they tried giving it to me ) and they ended up messing up my order and forgetting 2 of my tacos and the ones they did make were basically put on the paper with a tortilla shaped on top I can say its safe to say I will not be coming back to this location and I go to del taco quite often

This is by far the worst food that I have ever tasted. The food was cold, classic chicken was all lettuce, no chicken, the Del beef tasted horrible and whoever made these burritos needs to be fired. More food outside of the tortilla than inside. 1/22/23 2:00pm

Came here just to talk about the guy that was throwing a fit while I was ordering. Every time I said what I wanted, he huffed and puffed. It’s ok to have a bad day but damn, you could hide it better or just leave your job. So so rude.

Ordered El Pastor fries and came home with cheese only on the fries. The receipt was said to be in the bag and nothing was there. Every time I go there my order is wrong. Not going back. The place wasn’t busy either. Why do they get my order wrong every time? I overpaid for fries that were supposed to have lots of toppings and only shredded cheese. Very disappointed.
