We really enjoy coming here! The food is always good and fresh. A great value too. The best part though is the staff! Juan and Jackie are always friendly and efficient, greeting us as we come in the door and getting our order to us quickly. I recommend them to all my friends.

Obviously short-staffed today, or so it seemed. The one woman behind the counter was friendly but seemingly overwhelmed. We counted a total of three people on duty. Dining area is filthy and the bathrooms were dirty and out of paper products. The carnitas street tacos were good but small. Fries weren’t very the edge of stale. The beef & bean burrito was good and a good size. The funnel cake fries were tasty and seemed pretty fresh. The atmosphere just seemed tired, but the location looks relatively new. It’s disappointing because I’ve always enjoyed the Del Taco brand and only get to enjoy it every few years when on a road trip.

My first time eating at a Del Taco….the service was good/friendly/fast and the food was better than Chipotle or Taco Bell. The fries were awesome, and the epic burrito I got was really good.

Newcomer to the Alamogordo community and I’ve heard good things. Decided to stop by on my way back to the hotel and I’m glad I did. They seem to have regulars and then loyal customers. According to the sign they are open 24-hrs; haven’t tested but it’s good to know since everything closes early. I ordered the 2 for $5 bartered fish & the 2 for $7 shrimp quesadilla. They were both delicious and you don’t need any extra sauces for taste (it’s seasoned). For a dessert I tried the caramel cheesecake bites. It was warm, gooey and sweetly delicious. They come in 2 or 4 pcs.

I’ve been coming to this del taco for a good while now and have always enjoy it but today’s experience was one of the best I’ve had. The man at the drive thru was very expressive and had a welcoming approach the entire time and definitely provided fast and exceptional service!!

I love del taco and the only reason I am giving a 4 star is because their food usually hits the spot. But just a friendly reminder y’all should consider changing your frying oil more frequently. My fries were given to me cold and didn’t taste good at all. To be honest my whole order was dissatisfying , I only ate my cheese quesadilla. The real reason I felt a need to write this review is because I paid $30 for cold and old food.
