I received an answer from management several minutes ago, thanking me for my review. Well to be honest, 5 stars aren’t enough to say how nice it is to have a Del Taco restaurant that’s in town close to us. Wife and I enjoy our days or evenings at Del Taco. Great food for the price and service is always over the top. Like I said, 5 stars are just not enough!!!!

Soooo, I ordered my food to go and wanted to wash my hands, but the bathrooms were closed. I waited patiently for over 5 minutes- being actively ignored- and when I finally caught the manager’s eye, she said – “sorry ma’am, I need to clean the bathrooms.” There were 6 other employees there- mind you. So I asked, “both of them” she said “yes, I can’t let you into either one.” Really poor customer service

The service at the cash register was great. The food was horrible. Frist, my taco’s were either no meat all cheese and two little pieces of tomato. Shell were quite broken. My wife and son ordered the fish tacos at $8.99. The fish was old reheated after sitting in the warmer I am sure. All 4 fish tacos were cold. They replaced to with fresh one’s. It’s no Barstow Del Taco. Service is great food is great. I have had little problems with this place. Orders correct service is ok . It can get busy at lunch and late night on weekends.
