The iced tea tasted like it had been sitting there for a week. The soda machine was filthy. The only guy working dropped our food on the counter said here you go and ran off to hid around the corner. Half the order was messing, he was the one who took the order. H
After trying to get his attention, I had to almost climb over the counter and get his attention away from his phone to get the rest of our order. After getting our food we left. The chicken burrito had no chicken in it, it was all beans. The chicken taco didn’t have any chicken. It was all horrible.

This Del Taco is a great spot for a quick and satisfying meal! Don’t expect a big hug when you walk in, but the young crew here is diligent and clearly focused on delivering a good product for the families who stop by. They’re working hard, and it shows in the quality of the food and how smoothly everything runs.

Went through the drive thru today and ordered snack tacos, both crunchy and soft. I was missing the soft tacos I ordered. When I tried to use the app my code wouldn’t work. The lady at the window was helpful in that manner. Otherwise I was very disappointed I ordered food, paid for it, and didn’t receive it. I called twice while writing this review, the phone kept ringing with no response. Not sure about returning again with this poor customer service.

I ordered ahead, and when I got to the order speaker, I told the lady on the other end that I was picking up and gave her my name. She told me to wait a second…it turned into 2 minutes. I gave a look to the speaker, as if to ask what is taking so long, and then she told me to pull forward. When I got to the window, she didn’t greet me. When she brought my food, she was extremely stoic and I engaged. And then, I got home with my food, which was supposed to include a spicy CHICKEN jack quesadilla. Cone to find out, there was no chicken in this quesadilla. Also, my daughter’s 3 layer queso nachos were soggy as if they’d been sitting in that box for far longer than the 2 minutes I sat at the speakerphone. It’s almost as if the employees at this location want it to fail so that they can be out of a job. ♀️

Took our order while busy on phone, so we got 1/2 the order wrong, brought back up asked for replacement, no issue there. Said the price was the same but it was for $ for the wrong food than what I actually ordered. So I asked again. It was fixed.
Food was bland, not gross.
Not busy at all, tables & floors filthy and bathroom needed attention.

Order fry’s-they were switched out with something not on the menu. We mostly ordered fry’s and secret sauce. No one mentioned that this was happening. Went inside to get the correct order. Waited for them to cook the correct ones. Went out to eat my food only to find out they did not include my secret sauce. So go back in to get that. So she can tell oh I forgot to charge you and they just shrugged there shoulders. The chicken taco had been sitting in the warmer for so long the shell is crunchy but only on one side. The fry’s they had to cook were under cooked. The original seasoned fries that are not deltaco fries had not been salted. Customer service was the worst part of the experience and the food was horrible.

I was really disappointed during this trip. I ordered inside and took my order to go. After leaving and already headed South I found my fries were under cooked and my burger just didn’t seem right. This just reminds me to check my food before I leave.

I don’t if it was because of Thanksgiving but the food was bad. No just that but the workers were just picking whatever food they wanted to give us. My family and my BFF family were traveling through Flagstaff and stopped here for a quick bite but were dissapointed. We order separately and our food was all mixed up so check your food before you leave.

We order a 9$ box special and ugh we got a super extra small burrito and the other bean burrito, the beans were even cooked all the way did not taste good at all, I actually spit it out, but the burger and fries was good but that was it. I will not be going back there again.I’ll just go to taco bell.. really disappointed

Foods always fresh. Store is clean. It’s never packed and I’ve never had to wait in a line. BUT the staff is very unfriendly. Customer service is horrible they do not smile or care to help after you place your order. Doesnt matter how many new hires you see. Must be a qualification at the interview to dislike people in general.
