This Del Taco is a joke. 9 pm and you can’t order anything off the grill as the worker said “ It’s because we close at 11:00”. What ever happened to Del Taco being open late. I’m sorry but you should have your full menu until closing time. Won’t be back to this location.

We came to this location thinking it was going to be fresh and good, we got our food it was cold, ice cold like the warmer wasn’t working or something. It was old food and they forgot our fry’s. We went back to get a refund or food remade and the manager with blond/white hair had an attitude was very rude to my husband kept saying we made it fresh when clearly they didn’t and when we had them make it fresh she gave us the bag and said here so it’s fresh just for you , we live 5 minutes down the road no way our food should have got cold like that. The gentleman at the drive thru window was polite and helpful. But they need better management and better customer service.

Was ignored for at least 5 minutes by the 3 employees until I asked if I needed to go through the drive thru to place my order. Poor management, poor training. I know it is hard to find people who want to work, but this is basic. How hard is it to teach someone to say, “Hello, someone will be with you in a minute”? Don’t just act like you don’t see the person standing 4 feet from you. Sad!

I absolutely can’t stand this Del Taco. We try to avoid this location like the plague. Pretty sad considering at every other location we really enjoy Del Taco. Everytime we go here our total doesn’t add up to what is advertised. They are also very cheap with their portions. We have literally recieved burritos thay didnt fill half of the tortilla. Today my wife stopped here after Little League. It was the same thing she tried to order the fiesta packs. Which right outside they have big banners advertising the price. When given the total my wife questioned tje price amd pointed out the banners. She was told by the so called manager they updated their price even though its on the banner and the drive thru menu that they changed their price. She wound up leaving and going somewhere else. Avoid this location at all costs. I will also be reaching out to corporate about this horrible location. Shame on you. Stay far away from this resteraunt. Thereafter a reason the reviews are terrible and it has a 3 star rating. I hope this place goes out of buisness and is replaced by a better buisness.

This is crazy why have someone cook and make the food if they don’t know what belongs on the items I’ve ordered a Cali bacon steak burrito it came with watery lettuce soggy tortilla and I ordered a del beef burrito they put chipotle sauce instead of sour cream this isn’t right 2nd time only midnight shift that does this and then doesn’t answer phone

The wife ordered 3 chicken tacos, 2 with no sauce. She received 2 hard chicken tacos with no sauce and one soft chicken taco with sauce. I thought chicken tacos came in soft shell like stated in the menu was n the website

This place is hit-or-miss. Sometimes it’s a really great staff and good food. There are other times I have been there.Just last week in the drive through the young girl working was too busy talking to her coworker for me to ask a question.

Owner must have removed my comment about waiting for over an hour in the drive through to receive the wrong order, complete with watery guacamole and tacos so butchered that they all had paper stuck to the tortilla and poorly prepared toppings. I’ll re add the photos that were removed soon too since people would rather avoid people knowing how their store operates as opposed to fixing the quality of service provided by said store. Don’t waste your time, or money. Not worth an hour or more for poor quality fast food.
