I only came for a chocolate shake – they had one, got it to me quickly and were friendly while serving me. And the shake was good too! And – they have something every drive thru should have — a trash can with a lang part so you can throw things away while in your car!

Worst ever orders the 2 double del burger special the meat was cold dry and burnt and had no sauce no tomato and the buns were burnt . I went back to have them remake them . And they tell me the grill is off already for the night. I’m like why y’all close at midnight and it’s barely 10:15. So I asked for a refund and he didn’t gave us a receipt . After refusing my money back he finally did he just went to the register and took out 7 bucks . Didn’t even do a proper refund. No I see why the in and out burger next door had a line and not 1 single person at del taco. I live 4 hours from this location passing thru and looking forward to a good double del. What a disappointment.

I’ve been going to del taco for over 10 years. I’ve been to other locations in Yuma and California. I have never had a problem any other locations. However, there seems to always be problems whenever I visit the one at the Yuma mall. I found a fly in my to go order. I let them know and they offered me a $1 off coupon. ONE DOLLAR OFF FOR A DEAD FLY IN MY FOOD. They didn’t even apologize. I threw out my order of $20 because I didn’t want to chance there being any hair or other nasty stuff in my order. This is ridiculous and disgusting food service. They need to be inspected to make sure they are following protocols.

Excellent food. I did have to wait for a while in the drive thru. The comunication system was broken!!!!! So orders are placed at the main window. .Can we get this fixed asap Del Taco. Either way I got the epic cholula crispy chicken burrito, a ranch crispy chicken taco and a habanero crispy chicken taco. The two tacos were pretty spicy but more tangy than anything else. The epic burrito was pretty big for their price of $5.00. It did have alot.of. Lettuce in it but overall good taste. Highly reccomend if you want a cheap filling meal.

I was on my Lunch and ordered the Carnita Fries with extra sauce usually I get great service food is great.
This time went through drive through and the fries were gross meat overcooked and hardly any sauce! Drive through time was 25 minutes!

Food was not even warm, no ketchup for the fries, soda was watery. Just not as good as other Del tacos. Restrooms were dirty.

The lady was so kind. We dined in. An order was not right for one of the guys with us. He didn’t even realize is wasn’t correct. She brought him an entire new order and apologized for making the first one wrong. I couldn’t even believe it. So over the top customer service when we didn’t even expect it. Wow!!
