Enjoy del taco over taco Bell. Feel like the food quality is better for the price and don’t have to use the restroom right after eating. Everything is good on the menu especially the bean and cheese burrito for the price. Enjoy the sauces as well.

The atmosphere was bad yesterday when I visited this store. I was observing the place while waiting for my order and I overheard an employee verbally abusing another, telling him he was slow. I didn’t like it. All employees deserve respect. They should improve the work environment.

We love Del Taco. We liked this Del Taco at 804 S Spanish Fork Pkwy, Spanish Fork, UT 84660, too, up until now. Management must have changed because the food is now awful. I like the Del Taco and order them every time. The Del Tacos here now have hardly any filling in them (see photo) and the shells are ALWAYS stale. The fries are strange — they taste burned, yet are limp. Del Taco corporate should send people here to sample the awful food. I can’t believe this would be condoned at the corporate level.

We placed a very simple order and they got it wrong. Good thing we checked before we left the parking lot. We went back and told them. They made us wait at the window for about 15 minutes and then they redid the order correctly. They were very nice about everything but the time was a bit excessive.

Worker guy in the drive thru with the glasses charged me for an extra $9 burrito when I explicitly asked for just one, and I politely asked for a refund for a lousy burrito and he argued with me saying that he already made it, & saying I should’ve said something when he was mumbling my order back to me in the drive thru. He practically forced me to just take it and didn’t even attempt to fix this minor problem. He was very impolite and rude. I usually don’t leave reviews but I felt so disrespected, I was just trying to get food for my dad and brothers and I left feeling robbed. It just felt very intentional to grab an extra buck from a customer, and I’ve heard other complaints about this worker from my dad and colleagues. He should be fired. I hope you’re reading this bro, just because I’m a girl doesn’t mean you can pull this on me and I won’t say anything.

I don’t know if it is Del Taco or if it is their delivery service, but the last two deliveries in a row the tacos have been horrible. The order gets to me a lot later than I was told it would be. The tacos were falling apart and mushy at the bottom. I ordered a drink and I paid extra for the strawberry lemonade and I didn’t even get it. The first few times I ordered at the Spanish Fork Del Taco it was great the lettuce was fresh the cheese was and today it was horrible one taco had hardly any lettuce and all the cheese and everything was melted into it on the second one there was more lettuce and hardly any cheese. These are supposed to be their big nice Del tacos. Very disappointed lately

If I could give a zero I would. All the tacos we orders weren’t even half full. Absolutely ridiculous. Our large fry was half full and old. Their sign was off and when we let them know, because we couldn’t read the menu, they acted like they were closed and we making them reopen? When it was 10pm on a Friday, they still had a couple more hours of operation time. We thought it was a joke when we got home and opened our food.

I was very disappointed in our visit yesterday. We decided to dine in, which we never do. They now have self service ordering systems. Which in theory should be better, the only problem is that I brought coupons with me to use. I was having difficulty adding the coupons to my order and when I called an employee over to help me add the coupons, she tried to find a place on the new self check out and then told me she was sorry and didn’t know how to add the coupons that way. She said they weren’t trained how to do that. She didn’t offer to ring me up on their cash register so I could use my coupons. How ridiculous!

Brand new location on east side of Spanish Fork! Good food and fast service. Crazy busy when I was there on Friday night! I got the Epic Mex burrito with carne asada, very good. My wife likes the chicken and fries basket, she says it is good. My son loved the Honey Chipotle BBQ Crispy Chicken Taco! Hard to get to. It is North of the Walmart and West of the Walmart gas station. If you come from the south, Canyon Rd, you have to drive through Walmart’s parking lot. From Hwy 6 turn and drive past the Walmart gas station.
