So we ordered 2 box meals. Customized meals. I cannot swallow hard food or certain textures due to a car wreck where my throat and esophagus are damaged. We got the 2 boxes and they were completely messed up. Food in the wrong boxes. Food made incorrectly . I asked the manager about it twice in total embarrassment. He told me it is up to the customer to figure what food goes to each person. They mark it with a pen and expect the customer to read the pen and know which food is what. They said the computer system isn’t set up to where the workers put the appropriate food in the appropriate boxes. Which makes zero sense. If a person orders a box it is up to the restaurant workers to make sure the right food ends up in the correct boxes and the food is are correct. So I was blamed for the mixup and made to feel really stupid. No other restaurant does this. I love del taco but this was a total waste of 30$. Since I couldn’t eat the food since it wasn’t made correctly and I couldn’t swallow it. I needed it a certain way until I get better. I may go here in the future but only super easy foods that they cannot mixup or get the order wrong.

I love visiting this Del Taco. It has become a little tradition for my daughter and I to come here on mom-daughter dates for about 5 years now. But what is most outstanding is the service inside. One of my favorite menu items was discontinued and I asked if they could recreate it. I have now gotten it multiple times and they remember me and always accommodate me! And it tastes just as good as it used to! So thank you Del Taco staff for helping me eat my favorite stuffed quesadilla taco once again.

Tennessee helped us tonight and he is actually the best service industry worker I have every experienced. Chill fella and answered all my questions with confidence. Prime LeBron would be lucky to put on a performance like he did for us tonight. If I ever own a business he will have a job offer waiting for him. Bottom line he’s the goat. 10/10 would recommend to a friend

The other day, I got 4 tacos and was missing 2, when I went back a few hours later they remembered me, got my tacos and gave me a free drink! They have such great customer service.
It is always clean there and their food is such good quality. You can see all the veggies they use in the front fridge.

Good fresh food, good deals with coupons and get points for your purchases. If you care about that…. we like it. And who doesn’t love a taco every now and then. Food is generally better than taco bell, or at least we think so. I had their epic torta, would like to try the blt version of that next. For fast food I would recommend you give it a try. Our kids enjoyed the kids area as well. Loving taco Tuesdays…. great deal for snack tacos.

We went and the forgot to give us a bag of our food. I called to see if they could do anything and they said they could refund me but only in person. I then asked if I could make a complaint and the person on the phone said that they could take one. I asked for a manager and someone and they said no one else could take the complaint. I am sure that will get passed on.

We went through the drive-thru and the lady working the window said as very polite and friendly! The red burritos were awesome and plenty of onions see receipt attached. The Diet Coke was tasty and refreshing as always. However, the tacos needed more cheese and the large fries were cold and not full and I could tell by the appearance of them they were not fresh out of the fryer and they had been sitting under the heat lamp for awhile . I am an aficionado on french fries and there were not fresh.

I’ve eaten at Del Taco off and on, but the quality of their food has hit a new low. I did call in and your store manager said I was mistaken on the quality of food. I told her I would post pictures to prove how awful the food was. She did not offer to remake them, or replace them. She was only concerned on how WRONG I WAS, about the prepackaged meat. I will never return to your location. I received a voucher for a single item in replacement for the $43 I spent on their beyond disgusting food. To Corporate, NO THANKS. I would rather eat somewhere else from here on out.
