I often choose Del Taco if I’m going to eat late night fast food. I had never tried the Double Del burger so I ordered that with extra sauce and it was tasty. Comparable to the Big Mac sauce. The burger looks rough but it was goood. Got the fries with it of course, I think they have some of the best fries out there. The fries were hot and crispy with just the right amount of sauce.

Open 24/7, drive thru only during the night. Order was complete and tasty. For a late night treat that is affordable and quick in Salt Lake City, Utah would be my first pick.

The ordering system for some reason did not send my order to the kitchen and I ended up waiting for a bit too long while others passed me up. The staff jumped into action as soon as they noticed. They got my order ready quickly and efficiently, and the manager gave me a card for a free item as an apology. Fantastic pivot on their part, and a great effort. All of the food was fresh and delicious. Awesome job to the staff!

This location is great. Erica did a solid for me when I was having problem ordering a special item off of the app. It was a large order and she customized it for me and made it very well and everything turned out great.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this location. I ordered tacos during the advertised special and even confirmed at the window that the pricing reflected the promotion. The cashier, Gabriel, told me it did — but when I checked my receipt, I noticed I had been overcharged.
Because I was in the drive-thru, I pulled around and spoke with an employee named Erika. I explained that this wasn’t the first time this has happened to me at this location and that the issue was about the principle: customers should be charged correctly. Instead of taking the concern seriously, she laughed it off and suggested I not file a complaint.
While she did refund me in cash, there was no acknowledgment of the mistake or any accountability, and the whole experience left me feeling dismissed and frustrated. I hope management reviews these kinds of repeated pricing errors, because customers deserve to be treated honestly and respectfully

Disappointed. I used to eat in this place every single day, several times a day. Doesn’t matter where I am, I drove every single day to this same restaurant and asked for the same food. Yeah, I’m that weird. I always eat Del Dorado chicken quesadilla with no red sauce and swapped the guacamole for another sour cream. The reason for that is because a health issue I have. I can’t eat tomatoes. That’s a no-no for me. There are many things I can’t eat, and tomato is on the top of them. I love guacamole, but their guacamole has tomato, so, is a no-no. Today, like everyday, I asked for the same thing… The manager herself said no… She said that it comes with guacamole and it can’t be changed. So… I’m not eating today, because that’s the only food I can eat right now. Loosing a loyal costumer for 2 ounces of sour cream… Is that how important are the costumers for you? This is so ridiculous. I worked in restaurants for more than 15 years and this is the first time I hear that a side can’t be changed.

Exactly as advertised. Admittedly I’ve only been there late at night through a drive thru but seems to always be on point, quick and decent late night food. No complaints.

It’s a gamble. Extremely inconsistent. The food is good one visit then bland and gross the next. And don’t bother ordering fries unless you like them half cooked and limp. I think I’m done with this place for good.
