Growing up in California, Del Taco was the place you wanted to avoid. It was known for attracting the homeless, drug addicts and people with no manners.
So, coming to a Del Taco in Utah, I was VERY skeptical and I am so glad that I was pleasantly surprised.
This Del Taco is very clean, very welcoming and very worth it. Empty, yes. But, no one likes to go out anymore so I’m not surprised.
Everything on the menu looked really good but I chose to get two soft tacos and they tasted SOOOOOOO good, like authentic Mexican food should. Their bathrooms were also very clean and I didn’t feel gross being here.
Overall, this place is great. Definitely coming back sometime.

I have had horrible customer service every time I have went here the employees are completely disrespectful. The next time I receive this kind of customer care I will be reporting every employee that works at this location and has been disrespectful to HR. Make sure to train your employees better and have them learn how to talk to people. I personally have worked in this industry but like I said the next time I come to this company to this specific location I expect better. And also your HR department will be hearing about the way me and my fiancé have been treated here even in front of our child. Other than that they have great food!

They lost my order and then were busy and when I finally went back up to the counter they had to remake it. Overall, I waited about 35 minutes for fast food! Not exactly what I call fast food! Was very disappointed! As an onlooker, the manager was the issue. Employees were tense and being hovered so nobody was working optimally.

Spoke to the shift Manager on shift for 1/5/2026 at 3:00pm about two burritos my wife had came in to pickup for our family for lunch. We specifically asked for NO SAUCE as my son is allergic & you guessed it, it came with sauce. I called in and they were fine remaking 1 burrito, when I informed them both had the sauce they asked for a receipt which I said I had & that I would like a refund. The shift manager then told me the General manager was on vacation and they could not do refunds.. I responded by telling them, no I don’t want the food remade, I would like a refund and she hung up. I called back and informed her I would like the general managers name and contact information and she said no it’s fine we will remake the food just bring back the other burritos.. Taking food back over the counter after it had already been served in the drive through.. I informed her of this and she hung up again.

The food was good and hot! The thing about service they didn’t say anything to us when we pulled up to the order board and we asked after about 3 minutes if it was the right place to order and they said yes just a minute. After we placed our order and drove up to the window, they didn’t take the car’s order behind us until they handed us our food. They didn’t even greet them as far as we could tell until they handed us our food about 3 minutes later.
