For me personally there is no other fast food restaurant to delivers bang for your buck, especially if you take advantage of their daily specials and coupons. In my opinion the food quality is much better than Taco Bell which I have not eaten at in 10 years because of poor service and poor food quality in my opinion, also I found that the del Taco in Post falls is professional clean and the staff are always willing to make your order just the way you like it. I have never left del Taco hungry as they are very generous with their proportions for their special tacos and burritos you should try them out

I came through the drive thru today around 5:40 and could tell that they were a bit busy. when i got up to the window the car infront of me sped off and didn’t get the food the worker at the window was a bit flustered and read my order back to me to make sure it was right. we talked about the car driving off and how no one has patience anymore. the young gal looked stressed out but did an amazing job checking me out and told me she was so sorry about my little wait time several times. the customer service was great and so was the food i am beyond satisfied!

Next to In-N-Out, Del Taco is still my favorite So Cal based fast food stop, but wow is it getting difficult to remain a fan.
Del Taco used to be fast, fresh, tasty and a great value but that just is not the case today. I understand that costs have increased across the board but it’s difficult to defend Del Taco as a “good value” anymore. Today I ordered a bean burrito with red sauce at $2.19. I asked to add green sauce, lettuce and tomato. Each of those cost an additional .49, adding $1.47 to the cost of a bean burrito. You would think for the extra charge, there would at least be a decent amount of lettuce and tomato added. Nope. The portion of beans was nothing to write home about, anyway. Almost $4 for a really skimpy burrito. I also ordered two beer-battered fish tacos which are now priced $3.29 each. Wow. Gone are the days of “2 for $4” but again, at this price, I expected more. The fish was past its fresh date and the tacos were thrown together like they were made on the back of a bucking bronco. A mess. I know that good help is hard to find, especially today, but come on, it’s a taco. Only thing that passed muster was the Del Taco. Even that is now $2.29. It’s a .99 taco at best. The “small” drink was $2.99. So I paid over $16 for a less-than-satisfying lunch. Not a great value. It would be a lot easier to swallow if the food had been the delicious tasty reasonably nutritious meal that I’ve come to expect from Del Taco. I don’t know what changed here, but the food just doesn’t taste the same. It’s not great. Unfortunately, it seems this is the case with most fast-food joints today. The food is no longer fast, tasty or a good deal. I really don’t know how they plan to stay in business if this continues to be the trend.
Response to “owner’s response”: yes, just what I want to do – spend more money on overpriced garbage food and mediocre service so I can “earn” more of it “for free”. LOL!
Your response, which reads like it was written by a bot, is indicative of why this location is failing. You have a very high ratio of poor reviews and in each instance you make excuses for your failure. You do not represent the brand well and I wouldn’t be surprised if corporate revokes your franchise.

The customer service was good. The place was freezing with fans at high speed. The weather was snowing. The food was very low quality. The chicken and beef was salty. The street tacos had nothing on them. The Nacho cheese was Brown and tasted more like a gravy. For a company that was bought by Jack in the Box there was only a low selection of soda with only one diet cola. I was a macho fan of del taco back in the day. Not anymore sorry DelTeco.

I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted for breakfast. I met with Angela the general manager and she made excellent recommendations on what to give a try. Her recommendations was exactly what I was looking for and I learned that they were voted the best fries for two years running! After trying them I can see why that was the case! Thank you Angela for helping me out!

We got the crunchy tacos, they were basically shells over flowing with cheese, barely any meat, and one or two pieces of lettuce. I’m regretting not taking a picture, it would be comical if I wasn’t so damn hungry. The chicken burrito was mostly refried beans. The chicken soft tacos were were so salty with not much in them. This was not a good first impression. The gal at the window was nice, good customer service.

Robert took my order through the drive through and was very kind! The lady at the drive through window had great customer service, but I didn’t catch her name. This is my favorite DT location and have never had a bad experience

Really loved stopping here for the food and the location. Rating two stars because this location has been consistently giving us our del tacos as seen in the photos. They used to be loaded with every ingredient and we could eat two and be satisfied every time. Now they’re not even full and this is the fourth time at this location they’ve given us these in the photos. The Hayden location is great and always consistent, this location for many months is not worth the value at all. The staff is just fine service wise, just not the quality of food.

Recently stopped in to this location during lunch. The customer service has never been great, but also has never been terrible. I’ve always chalked it up to being busy during lunch. On this visit, there was no one in drive, and a customer waiting for their food in the lobby. I walked up to the cashier, who was sweeping. No big deal, I understand there’s side duties in any job. I stand there for a couple of minutes, as she keeps sweeping and walks by multiple times. Not a hello, or I’ll be right with you after I finish this task. Literally no communication, to the point I walked out and took my business somewhere else. I won’t be coming back to this location, which is a bummer as I work close.

Del Taco Post Falls is the hands down the best Tex-Mex resturant chain in the area! Not only is the food awesome but the remodel looks and feels fantastic. The manager’s name is Bryce and he really cares about the customer. I can also tell he cares about the employees as well. Construction is the area has gotten much better too. I’ll be back soon and will keep coming!
