Milkias and notalie were so nice and friendly today. The food was bomb and the restaurant was notably clean for the amount of people working and in the lobby. They were attentive to us nice, and mare sure we had a great visit. They went out of their way to make sure the food was amazing. Overall milkias was doing a great job leading the store and managing multiple positions. He has great communication skills and works well under pressure. From the customers POV and someone who has worked in many restaurants it looked awesome, clean, and sanitary. Notalie got our food out fast and hot !

We did a pilgrimage to the Boise area for 2 major cravings In-N-Out and Del Taco . Our loaded bag of Green Bean and Cheese burritos were carefully made and packed for the 2 hour ride back home to divvy out to family requesting a few. There was a cute note tucked in from the fabulous DT attendant Anangi. I was impressed with her service and smile. Our tacos and burritos were delicious!

Food was fast and is always yummy so 4 stars. Would be 5 but the lady working the window today at 8:10pm was so rude when I asked for hot sauce my husband forgot to include it on the pick up order so I asked for some and she gave me the biggest attitude. “If you put it on the order we’ll put it in the bag” and slammed the window on me. Why (no biggie but our fries were forgotten. So even something we put on the order didn’t make it into the bag)

Alright, well, you guys have earned this one. This is the absolute worst del taco I have ever been too. It happens to be closest to my home, or else I would go to others. I have ordered food here maybe 4 times in the past year. Every time. Guaranteed. No mild sauce. Last night, I went, I ordered del tacos x3, and grilled chicken tacos x3. They slapped them together with almost nothing in the tacos. I opened my bag, looking for the mild sauce because they never give you the sauce. drive through. I waved through the window because nobody was paying attention. I asked for more sauce. An older lady said, “Are you sure you need sauce, there’s none in there?” I said, “No, I dumped out the whole bag, there is no sauce.” If there was sauce I would not be asking for sauce. “Oh.” That was the response. Your customer service sucks. Please get a clue about how to do business. I hope you like the 1 star that you earned. Franklin does better business.

We live in a world of technology today! It helps to a point, but holds back more connection to another person! Nobody watches the counter anymore because we are expected to help ourselves! Lucky one worker heard me asking another customer on how to get the tech working, and she came to help and got everything in order! Please give us a button that we can ask for “full service” ! That way a light that they only see and someone will know we need help!

I come here quite a bit I have been here at night and during the day it’s very clean. It is open 24 hours which is amazing .
All the staff that work here are amazing so far. I would say that they could definitely put more meat on the nachos but other than that pretty good.

Honestly just forget this location exists, the management obviously doesn’t care because I’ve emailed them and corporate about how horrible the food is at this specific location and they offered me a free burrito lol.
$8 epic burrito gets you cold refried beans, slimy guac, stale rice and very little spongy chicken, and the fries taste like old dirty oil.
My wife and I have both gotten mild food poisoning from here and the ONLY reason we have given this place several chances is because it’s the only fast food next to the airport

Not enough food to feed a toddler. Severely overpriced. Not clean inside the restaurant. Food is also bland. Fries are solid, donut bites were okay. First and last time going to a Del Taco. One of the worst fast food restaurants I’ve ever been too. Service was good seemed like good people. Just a terrible corporate structure if I had to guess.
