Rude scrappy looking drive through worker yelled “you’re ordering more?!” After I came inside to pick up a free rewards item after picking up my redeemed points order. If the app allowed it I wouldn’t have to place 2 orders! The drive through was long so that’s why I went in for my 2nd item. I felt judged for placing 2 orders like I’m some glutton. All the other staff was friendly but drive through boy just HAD to comment. Should of minded his business when I came inside, he was on drive through anyways but felt the need to shout his comment to me.

I’ve stopped here 3 times in the past 6 months, and every time has been a pleasant experience. I’ve eaten at Del Tacos up and down the west for years, and it really is hit or miss. I hope this one continues to make my order right and serve me hot fresh fries with a friendly attitude like they did today.

One of the worst fast food places I’ve ever been to. The staff is all young, which is fine, but they didn’t care about anything. I had a bunch of missing items and food that was made incorrectly. I went in to make sure I didn’t cause issues in drive thru and I’m glad I did. I’ve been there 3 times and they always mess up and never apologize. We all make mistakes, a simple apology goes a long way. The staff is never in uniform and it feels very dirty.

Took awhile to get my order at the speaker box had to say “hello?” Then they asked what I’d like, after that took 26 minutes to get to the window just to wait longer again as their machine wasn’t working correctly and as if they only have 1 worker in back and 5 up front hanging out chatting instead of working on the register. The guy at the window was nice but they charged each item separately and costed more then what they said at speaker box then got on his phone for awhile. Bad experience over all and food wasn’t even warm either.

Don’t go here if you only have an hour for lunch! It might be due to a lack of employees, but the time waiting on food is ridiculous! You could EASILY wait 20 minutes on a simple meal. And the chance of something being wrong with your meal is high! This location really needs to get it together! Post employees more if that’s what’s needed! You’re losing business! We won’t be back.

Need to add more meat to your tacos. Nothing too special about this place. I did not dine in but it looked clean from the outside. I was turned away once in the drive thru due to staff shortage. I only really stop here if I have no other spot close enough when hunger strikes. Matter of fact only a 2 star review only because you have cool coupons. But hardly does it ever look like what you get.

They were nice about a disabled man using a walker going through the drive thru ( since inside is permanently closed.) But I was shorted 4 promo 50¢ tacos and treated nice so I tipped even though I didn’t have to. Sar down to eat counted the taco’s and had to walk an extra 1/2 mile on my walker the wheels are falling apart and off. (That’s A NORCO STORY). The taco’s weren’t bad for 50¢ not Taco Bell size but close.

I should have read the reviews. I have been to many Del tacos, and this has been the worst. Expect to wait for your food way longer than any other “fast food” restaurant ever. The gentleman at the window was very nice and friendly. However, no one in the restaurant sent care about time or anyone else’s.
