It’s the second time that we try this place and I just don’t understand the flavor of the food. My burrito was just a big mess folded in a cold tortilla, never had such a bad wrapped burrito before. The steak fries are small, literally the size of 2 packs of ketchup and the guacamole was horrible. I personally don’t like this place in general.

Got the 9$ deal with cheese burger. Nothing special about burger. Bean burrito tasted homemade. Enjoyed it. Taco tasted like taco bell. 3 layer queso nacho was very salty. If people aren’t going for the street tacos, idk what del taco is here for. Street taco soild 8/10 for fast food.

We went for the first time today and boy let me tell you it was so fresh and really good! It’s been awhile since we had Del Taco but the last one we went to was at a different location in a different town wasn’t great. This new one in Pueblo had us wanting to come back again! We also made sure that you can sub out a flour tortilla for a corn tortilla if your celiac or can’t have gluten! The loaded carnitas fries were bomb! We also ordered the funnel fries which were soooo tasty! Definitely give them a try!

I’m an Del Taco customer from way back, who loves the fries and Epic Burritos. Can the Pueblo location get some consistency with your A.M. hours? Google says you’re open at 6:00am. One time the drive thru lights were off but someone acknowledged me and said they really open at 7:00am, Google had the hours wrong, but they’ll still take orders if we show up. I got food but thought that was weird. This morning, lights were on, was not acknowledged after sitting there for a few minutes. I left, went to Whataburger for my breakfast meal and spent money on gift cards, which I had planned to do at Del Taco. Would love a straight answer. Until then, I’ll stick with ordering after 8:00pm. Night crew always has great customer service.

I am writing to report a very disappointing experience during my recent visit to your location. On my visit at approximately 6:30 PM, I went through the drive‑thru. I was the only vehicle in line, yet the service was unusually slow. After placing my order—which included a meal plus several additional items—the drive‑thru employee did not read the order back to me. I had to repeat and verify it myself, which should not be the customer’s responsibility.
When my food was finally handed out the window, the employee dropped the bag onto the concrete outside. Instead of offering to remake the items or apologizing for the mistake, the employee simply asked me to pick it up myself. This response showed a complete lack of customer service and professionalism.
When I arrived home, I discovered that the crunchtada tostadas were completely destroyed, making them inedible. After the long wait, the dropped food, and the lack of accountability from the staff, this experience fell far below the standards I expect from Del Taco.
I am requesting that this issue be addressed with the staff involved and that I receive a refund or replacement for the items that were ruined. I have been a loyal customer, and I hope this situation can be resolved.

I’m 68 and was visiting Pueblo when I and a friend stopped for a quick bite at De Taco. My 1st time and I got to say the food was fresh and amazing taste, service was excellent, place was clean, and price was very affordable. Definitely will return to this same Del Taco. Management should be very proud.

This was my first Del Taco experience. Antionette was friendly, fast, and had great suggestion from the menu. I tried the #3 fish tacos. They were super fresh and quite tasty. The fish was hot and everything that should be cold was cold. I wasn’t sure I would enjoy fries from a taco place. However the crinkle cut fries were very good. I would rate the fries better than Arby’s maybe better than Culvers. Not as good as Runza fries, but pretty amazing. Thanks! I might need to try the burger next time with fries that good.

Worst service. Good thing they rely on highway customers and not repeat customers. Can’t even say how long we waited to even speak to someone about our order. No one ever got back to us on the speaker, ended up just pulling up to the window. Then, over heard one of them telling another customer they didn’t have a “drawer.” In the amount of time we sat waiting, atleast 5 people left without being served. We waited as long as we did because we had already paid through the app. The food was cold and the taco shells were stale. We will not be returning.
