Absolute garbage. AGAIN
all the chicken soft tacos we smashed cold and poorly made
The fish tacos has so much sauce tomatoes and cabbage that the tortillas were literally soggy mush and the fish was cold
The quesadilla was cold sloppily made and had no meat in 90 percent of it the one piece that had meat in it the steak was old and tasted like dog food.
The fries were cold and soggy
Absolutely outrageous.
They didn’t provide me a receipt and I tried taking the garbage back to get a refund and was met with a crappy attitude and not helped
I paid 31 dollars to throw the food in the trash. It was that bad
Only have pictures of the quesadilla because I threw it all away before taking more pictures

I work evenings and get out of work at 10:30pm. Often I’ll come through the Del Taco drive thru after work just to pick up a quick dinner and Trevor is usually the one who takes my order. This man is TOP NOTCH! He’s kind and you can tell he cares about his job. The food is always fresh and hot. It’s always such a pleasant experience and Trevor is a legend. 5 stars!

Absolute horrible food I got the carne asada and it tasted like a dead animal my son got the tenders and fries and they put the ranch on top of it made the fries very soggy and did not want to eat it ( trash) I gave this place 3 chances and failed me

We have been to Del many times, but this time around, the service was awful. We waited 10 minutes before our order was e even taken. This was inside the restaurant, no one else in there. The lady that placed our order then proceeded to take a phone call, walked outside and around the building, and came back in to finish making our food while still on the phone. She forgets one of our burritos. After 23 minutes we finally have our order. I get to the car to check it, and our burritos that are nearly $4 a piece had hardly anything in them. We had ordered 2 burritos and 3 rollers and they all were incredibly skimpy, I felt that I just paid $22 for tortillas. I will not be returning to this location.

A very unfortunate visit
The final straw happened when I went to dump the rest of my ladies sweet tea into mine so that I could take it with me as she didn’t want it. And I found nats in her cup and seen more floating in my cup. At this point I feel I deserve a full refund. But let’s go ahead and go into all the details.
Slow service for sub par food.
I primarily blame the manager who refused to come out and help the two ladies working . The manager doesn’t deserve to hold her title anymore.
The girl at the front counter was amazing and doing her best running the front, drive thru and helping the other lady make food. But unfortunately she can’t do it alone and it’s ridiculous the manager didn’t step up to help the team.
No ketchup to be found anywhere. I know what you’re thinking why on earth do I need ketchup. Because they give French fries with your meal and we have always received ketchup with them . Instead we received a huge handful of hot sauces.
Horrible placement of sour cream and guac. On the grilled ckn quesadilla Taco. Check Pic and video.
The birria tacos were soggy and the worst Ive ever had. Cilantro horrible rough chopped with huge chunks of stem. In a glob on one end hardly any meat in the taco.
The best part was the sauce you dip them in and that wasn’t very good .
I’d be ashamed of putting out food like this.
Fries were very inconsistent. Some were crunchy some were under cooked . But this whole establishment seems to lack proper leadership.
If this was my first visit to this establishment I’d never go back. However this is the first time I’ve had serious complaints about this establishment. I came here two or three times last year and no major problems.
At this point I will not be extending my 360° photography to this establishment. However I would be willing to offer culinary/business consulting to the owner of the store.

Andrew the manager was so nice to me. They changed the Thursday taco special to start at 3pm and I was there at 12:30 after a grueling medical appointment and he gave me the taco special anyway and it really made my day. The grilled chicken tacos and cheesecake bites are my favorite. I do wish they would get their tamales back though. Thanks again!

These guys CONSTANTLY and consistently mess up my orders. Tonight I ordered 8 crunchy chicken tacos, and 8 soft chicken tacos. The lady read back my order, didn’t say the word “chicken”, so I clarified again that we wanted chicken tacos. Before they handed us the food, I double checked that they were chicken tacos, was told they were all beef. I only double checked because they messed up my previous order also, giving me snack tacos instead of “Del tacos” No problem, they said they’d remake the order. The lady who took the order came to window, upset because she had “read back the order” to me. Which she did, as stated, but incorrectly, and I corrected her at that time. With the remake, they once again gave me snack tacos instead of regular sized chicken tacos. The incompetence is astounding and disappointing.

I tried to place an online order at another location and somehow it ended up being this location instead. Both locations have an almost identical address. After being help up in a 15-20 minute drive thru line at the other Del Taco location without my order, I drove to this location. I had placed my order at 10:51AM and arrived at 11:26AM. When I got there, they said it would be a few minutes. They hadn’t even started my order yet. I heard an employee tell one of the cooks that I had arrived and the cook just goes, “It will be ready when it’s ready.” I was late for work and I could see that they weren’t even starting my order and I was on my work break so I had to leave without my order. Over 30 minutes to put together a fast food order is absolutely insane. They initiated a refund but barely even apologized for the inconvenience.

I ordered 3 3-piece chicken tender meals and cheesecake bites for my kids. 2 ranch and 1 chipotle sauces. 2 snack tacos and a 3-layer nacho for me. I repeated 3 3-piece chicken tender meals, probably 4 times…she went to get another cashier and I told her. She read it back to me and she said only 1, so I told her again “3 3-piece meals” 2 meals with ranch, 1 with chipotle. It was $20. (I knew it was wrong) when she handed me the receipt, it only said 1 but had the 3 sauces. So I told the manager and he corrected it and told the staff to cook 6 more chicken tenders and more fries. When i got home, 2 of the meals only had 2 tenders instead of 3. Also my tacos hardly had any meat and cheese (see pictures). I also had to go back inside because they forgot the cheesecake bites. I guess when I got to the car, I should have opened each box and counted the chicken tenders.
