So I was out in the area today and decided to stop by and grab my much loved favorites (x2 DEL BEEF AND CHESSE BURRITOS) because theres no Del Taco close to my home. I went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 DEL BEEF BURRITOS WITH CHEESE, THE LADY COMFIRNED MY ORDER AND I DROVE TO THE WINDOW AND PAID $7.60. I Was excited to eat my lunch then I tasted it and noticed my BURRITOS HAD BEANS AND WERE MOSTLY BEANS WITH A LITTLE CHESE AND TINY AMOUNT OF BEEF! I DIDNT ORDER BEANS ON MY BEEF BURITTOS! I asked for the plain DEL BEEFs that come with cheddar. Am highly disappointed and feel ripped off.
Has this happened to anyone else at this location? Not fair seeing how the location is 13 MILES FROM MY HOME AND ID SPEND THAT IN MID GRADE GAS JUST TO GO BACK TO THE STORE ONE WAY.
Eat there or check your food before you leave!!!! I do recall the Northfield location leaving the ends of the DEL BEEF BURRITOS liners open at one end. These were completely closed and now I see why!

We have been getting these burritos for 20 years or more. and they never get done right. if i get a cheese and green sauce burrito with extra sauce (that i get charged for) and my burrito looks like this, thats an issue. give me a nice even balance of sauce and cheese not a cold nasty burrito. i dont feel like its that hard to at the very least get people a warm burrito. instead i paid money for a cold ball of cheese with “extra” sauce thats somehow nowhere to be found!! sometimes yall hit it on the money and others i cant tell what the hell yall were thinking handing this to someone 🙁 I love yall but please for the love of god fix it- i eat here at least 3-4 times a week and i dont think asking for warm good food is that hard!!- Haven’t eaten here since last time this review came up. I tried it again and the exact same thing happened so it’s time To update! Cold nasty food yet again just close back down at this point!! Even your french fries are disgustingly cold every single time!!

I frequently visit this Del Taco. The workers see me regularly. I love the ice water here, well today I go and the lady who is working drive thru has the nastiest attitude and tells me there’s no water? I feel she was being hateful. I can only imagine the amount of customers she’s scared away. Way to go Del Taco!

I’m sad, this was one of my favorite places to eat. Don’t order the hamburgers from here! I ordered 2’double del cheeseburgers and the meat patties were dried out flat rubber disks with no flavor!
I returned to tell them that they didn’t seem freshly cooked and asked if they were possibly pre-cooked & waiting to be warmed up. The manager said everything is cooked fresh upon order. So if that’s the case then is this actually beef or some kind of “other meat” they’re serving because these meat patties were not up to par for a cheeseburger that costs over $6
Wish I would’ve got a refund instead, instead of forcing one down (so gross ) and throwing the other $6 hamburger into the trashcan! What a waste! Don’t think I’ll be visiting again. I’m gonna miss those hard shell chicken tacos though!

I work evenings and I drove 20 minutes out of my way because they are supposed to be open until 2am. And they closed 45 minutes early. Saying that they had to reboot their computer, and they weren’t taking any orders for the rest of the night. It doesn’t take 45 minutes to reboot the computer. I’m never going to this location ever again. I guarantee it was just a bunch of young people who, not surprisingly, just don’t wanna work. Never again!

Came in this morning and ordered our usual burritos. We were handed basically a cold block of cheese in a tortilla 3 times in a row. Each time it was remade it somehow was worse! And it’s not like they were busy. Then when we finally say ya know, just refund it. The guy doesn’t listen and refunds us the wrong amount of money! Complete waste of time and money!!! Please explain to your employees not to serve food to someone that them themselves wouldn’t pay for nor consume! I don’t think it’s that hard of a concept!!!
