Del Taco= Del primo. I love their tacos. Can’t get past them yet to try much of anything else. This young man at the drive through shown me such respect and kindness I almost thought he was old school. But I could tell he really ment it not just a kid acting.i may go back and try to hire this kid for my business.But I can’t steal from what the people need a superb taco and a youngster like that who give a shoot. Go to the top Del Taco im with you. Im going back today and telling the manager to give him a raise or maybe you’ll regrett not taking care of your own. I was so excited to discover this locationhad reopened! But it was not a good visit. I sat in the drive through for too long. They took my order and I sat longer. I finally made it to the window and handed her my card. She charged me for the wrong order. I didn’t notice until she tried to hand me two drinks. It was a huge to-do to correct this order. Then she charges me for my actual order and I wait for another 5 minutes. She hands me my bag and my drink and I’m glad I didn’t just pull off now that I was 20+ minutes behind schedule. They forgot 1 of the 2 things I ordered. Had to sit another 5 minutes for them to make it. Sorry to everyone behind me. Drive off, pick up my drink to discover a room temperature flat Coke. No ice. No fizz. It was just a super disappointing visit and I doubt I’ll be back.

I’m glad this place opened back up, one of my go to fast food Americana Mexican food joints. After a short mishap with management of multiple properties and reopening you would think changes and updates would be made. But I think del Taco in general is holding on by a thread. This one is a little rundown and need some TLC. And now with the self ordering station the help is even more impersonable. Did not dine in because it just seemed dirty. Most of the tables were in desperate need of being wiped down. I think I’ve been here over 10 times and most of the time it’s exactly the same cleanliness.

The food was ok, not as good as it used to be. The place was mostly clean, but with only one occupied table, someone could have been cleaning the dirty ones. The disappointing part was the young man who appeared to be a supervisor. Hispanic male, large, wearing glasses. I asked if someone could help me because the kiosk would not allow me to order a different side with my combo. I said that I was having a little trouble with it. He said “everyone seems to have trouble with it who don’t know what they are doing”. I think he immediately realized he mad3 a mistake when he saw another coworker react to his words, and then I told him that I was not exactly sure how to take his statement. He could have apologized and moved forward but his pride took over and he simply hid back to the kitchen while the coworker assisted me. I then saw how he was managing workers. I recommend he receives some management training soon, before turnover and lack of business shuts the doors. Not recommended when there are plenty of other places to eat.

The kiosks ordering sucks. The beans weren’t even hot enough to melt the cheese in my bean and cheese burrito. Supposed to keep them at 141+ degrees – no melty cheese means a food safety failure.

Taco Tuesday, GREAT deals, great tacos, both hard shell and soft. My favorite is the soft taco. Went with grandchildren very affordable, we had a good time.

Since this location (and others in Colorado) was taken over by Del Taco corporate, it has great service and great food. The place is clean (no sticky floor or tables), and the quality and quantity of food was far better than when it was operated by Newport Ventures.

Clean fast food establishment, food is affordable, tasty and quickly prepared, food was ready in 2 to 3 minutes. It is fast food but fast and convenient. Accommodating staff.
