Dear god.. My burrito is just three glorified chicken nuggets and lettuce. Might as well just charge me for the lettuce with the sheer amount that’s on there… Ive always disliked Del Taco, but eating here for the first time in years put the nail in the coffin for me.

All 4 of these are the same taco.. some have little cheese and some have tons, some have no tomatoes and some have many.. inconsistent but, my tacos tasted great and my kids quesadillas were fine.

Every time I go here, they get my order wrong. There’s only so much incompetence you can claim before it becomes deliberate. I’ll never order food here again. If you hate your job so much you need to take it out on your customers, I don’t want to eat the food you prepare, who knows what else you’ve done to the food? It’s $47 in the trash!

Found this inside my guacamole 🙂 nice job Del Taco!their customer service team pretends to care. They decided to escalate this, and I haven’t heard anything from anyone. But customer care online promises free meals so help alleviate the wait time for a manager to get back to you. But that’s not what I’d like. I’d like to not have stickers in my food

Nast Nast place I was eating my food I look over and see ants eating food off the floor the root beer wasn’t root beer all of the fountain drinks were flat and didn’t even have a taste it was mostly water… the staff doesn’t even care. I work in automotive and my shop is Cleaner that this place somebody please shut this place down before someone get sick… hey Manger how about u delegate your people and make sure there doing there job.. oh wait your in the back smoking weed and doing God knows what else I will never be back and will tell everyone i know about this place… this was my final straw with this place McDonald’s play area is cleaner.

I will never visit this location again. When I arrived at the drive thru line it was a longer than average wait extending in to the parking lot. My kids had been requesting dell taco for several days so I shrugged it off and hoped that the food would be good since they were busy. Boy was I WRONG! Ordering process was just fine, an employee even made sure I got my last bag that nearly got left behind. When I received my two tostada’s they were placed VERTICALLY in the paper bag with a burrito on top of them!!!! So naturally everything on the tostada was sliding off. Not only did they lack the common sense to keep a tostada FLAT, when I arrived home a queso loaded fry was also sideways in the bag, not to mention the value tacos were very poorly wrapped and already opening up in the bag. Here is the kicker though… Not only did my daughter find a hair in her carne asada fry… SHE FOUND TWO!!!! Clearly the people packing the bags need more training. I will never again visit this location and instead will take my business to the Dell Taco off Arapahoe Road where I have never had this many issues before.
