The last few times we have ordered from here our order has been missing items. So tonight I double checked my order before I left and half of my order was missing. I went back in and had to wait 10 mins for them to fix my order and when I got home this was my double cheeseburger. It is missing the patties. Also since I waited so long for them to “fix” my order the other half was cold and ruined. I long for good customer service ugh!!!

Food was hot and fresh. I love that Del Taco makes everything fresh, from the beans to the guacamole. We ordered from the kiosk. Food was out in 10 minutes. Everything looked amazing and tasted very good. Thank you to the staff, the 3 that were working tonight were friendly and cracking jokes. What else can you do when you work during a busy holiday, right?

Went to Del Taco last night and ordered tacos and a regular size chips and queso. These are the broken, greasy, bottom of the basket chips we got for $4.29. There was exactly ONE full size chip and maybe 3/4 – 1 C of broken pieces. What a rip off!

First time ever here. Was stuck behind two other cars. Found out fries are only side with meal so felt forced to order a taco and chips instead of a meal because I was stuck. Options matter. The drive thru times were unreasonable for ‘fast’ food as well especially considering I need to go elsewhere for an actual meal. I will never patronize del taco again. The window guy was good. Taco had nice presentation but the flavor wasn’t striking. The guacamole was ok but has huge slices of just avocado. It was more like just sort of smashed guac

We loved this location prior to the shutdown of several restaurants. We visited today and the service was so far below “fast food” standards. No one was available at the counter because now there are kiosks, whatever happened to greeting people?? There were no napkins, there were no trash cans in the trash bin, the hot sauce canisters were messy because of a packet busting open. We waited 23 minutes to get our food. My husband’s tacos all had cheese and we were missing a snack quesadilla.
I really hope management can clean this location up.

So, very interesting trip to Del Taco today. We go in and order at the kiosk, everything was ok until we are informed that the Funnel Cake Fries were discontinued (still had signs and I was able to order) which wasn’t a deal breaker. We didn’t want anything else so I asked for a refund, the workers acted like they were trying to figure out how to refund, it took so long we went and ate while they tried to figure it out, THE FOOD WAS A JOKE!!! The 3 layer queso nachos was HORRIFIC, it truly was like 10 chips and maybe a teaspoon of quaso and it looked like someone just took a spoonful of beans and plopped them on top, it was crazy. After we finished eating I had to again go to the front and ask for my refund again and they finally issued a refund to my card

This place is so slow, and walk-in customers receive the worst service. I ordered at the walk-in kiosk and more than 30 minutes later, we two walk-ins are still standing there waiting. First priority, the employee’s phone, second all the cars in the drive-thru, third doordash orders are moved to the front of the queue, mobile orders are also moved to the front. Lastly come the walk-in customers. It was a Saturday, so there were only the two orders being moved to the back of the queue. I wasted $12 because I couldn’t wait longer than 35 minutes, when there were still 6 orders placed ahead of mine. Got to work, but got NO FOOD.
Poor management, poor staffing, poor effort, and poor customer service. But very high price.
Skip this place, it is the worst of the Del Taco restaurants.

I stopped by today because i saw they we finally open and regretted my decision. As soon as i received my food it smelled rancid like rotten carcass. I should have known better to not eat it but i was starving and got food poisoning and threw everything up tmi… DO NOT EAT THIS FOOD PLEASE

Very slow in getting our food. Everyone around us had been waiting quite awhile too. Think maybe they were training. Lady waa apologetic to everyone when serving their food. Carne Asada fries were disgusting. Meat tasted like spam.
