Very disappointed. Never been here before, and I’ve been wanting to try it. I saw the sign in the window saying they were voted best fries. So I got a #4 since it came with the fries. The carne asada tacos were good, but the “best fries” HAD to have been leftover from yesterday. They were hard and cold to the touch. I can’t believe someone thought it was okay to send that out the drive thru window. I’m pretty sure they saved them from the night before and just reused them. Someone could get sick doing that.

2 crispy tacos french fries and a drink and my husband got the same plus beef nachos. Lol I should have added that we drove 5 in a half hour from Austin TX to have Del Taco and stayed the night in Norman Ok. And it was worth it!!

The food made me sick. Went here about 2 years ago and was disappointed but decided to try it out again. But I was reminded why I don’t eat here. Overcharged me for my food, fries were old and gross(not even my kid would eat them), both the burritos I got had no chicken in it. Just rice and some cheese. The bean and cheese burrito was disgusting and looked like a baby had a blowout, bean, and grease all on the packaging and the rest of the food.
The guy taking our order wasn’t very nice or helpful. 35 bucks on garbage.

For this being my first time here, I will never come here again. I ordered one bean and beef burrito that cost me almost $5 which is fine. However, when I arrived to the drive thru my order wasn’t even in the process of being made. They threw my burrito together within thirty seconds, the quality and taste being far from appealing. I had mostly beef, barely any beans or cheese, and a partially stale tortilla that wasn’t even fully rolled into a burrito. I could only take four bites before throwing it away

Better food here than that other place with taco in its name. Service at this restaurant could be better. We were handed a drink cup at the counter when we placed our order. No ice in the self-serve dispenser so we took our cup back to the counter and asked for ice. That’s when the person who gave us the cup to begin with says “that dispenser is out of order”. The manager is standing within sight and earshot of this conversation and says nothing. Also noticed some obvious deferred maintenance with the restaurant interior. Once again, the kind of thing that management should take care of right away.
