When I heard there was a Del Taco coming to town I was very happy because for years I had heard how great it was. Well, they are here, been there twice and I have found the experience less than optimal. First off, when you walk thru the door there is nobody to even acknowledge your existence. No hello’s or welcome to deltaco. I know that sounds petty, and probably is, but with nobody manning the front counter you are at a loss to know what to do. The last time we walked in there was an older gentleman standing at the counter the whole time we were struggling with the keyosk. Turned out he didn’t realize he had to use the touch screen to order. We got him started and when we left 10 minutes later he was still struggling to place his order. Of course none of the staff offered to help. Side note, when we paid for our food they seemed to be pissed off we were using cash.
Being older I just wanted to say that it is impossible to read the menu board which forces you to use the touch pad to see what they sell.
The food was okay, just okay. A little bigger than taco bell, but very lacking to a authentic Mexican restaurant, of which we have many. Very little seasoning, so it was just bland. It’s bad when the lettuce has more flavor than the meat.
May or may not be back. I hope it gets better. But the lack of interaction between the staff and the customer is off putting.

I’ve eaten here twice now and they are great. The food is always fresh, fast and delicious. The employees have always been kind and friendly. The restaurant has been clean both times I ate here. I think the value and freshness beats out Taco Bell by quite a bit. I will continue to eat here.

The portion size weren’t even kid size. .I had to bring it back and then was treated very poorly for stating that the food didn’t look appetizing. This is the second time that we’ve been there that we’ve had a problem. Same employees, same horrible service! The last time we ordered extra cheese and they didn’t mark which item they added it to. .So we were supposed to figure out which ones had extra cheese and which ones didn’t. When we asked which one was which they took it back, put cheese in something bur never marked which o e they added thecgeeze to. This is very disappointing! We were so excited when del taco was coming to pensacola, now not at all.

I was excited to try this place out. However, I was left very disappointed. The staff’s attitude was mid at best and after opening up the chicken taco, this is what I was served. The taste of the food as a whole was only okay, simply nothing special. The price of the meal wasn’t bad, but between the lack of quality/taste and lackadaisical attitudes, I won’t be in a hurry to return.

I just want to say that I really enjoy your food and also I enjoy you guys because the last time I was there I asked for water and you guys were kind I am in Arizona at the moment in Holbrook it’s really quite here and it’s really peaceful here if I decide to go back that is the spot that I want to go to have the delicious tacos and burritos I know I used to go to the one in Las Vegas all the time they had a del Taco there too especially the Tuesday special tacos at del Taco I can’t wait to get my payment tomorrow morning or Friday then I will definitely get things done here in Arizona Holbrook thank you guys for being so kind to me appreciate you guys

i love how fresh the cheese is, right off the block, and they are generous with it too.… unlike Taco Bell what a joke! Del Taco was born out of the western region, i was introduced in 2018 and I’ve been crying about how they need to take over Taco Bell ever since! I’m so glad they made their way here. As far as the negative reviews.… they are new and new to the east so give them time to rise up and get it right ✨

The chicken burrito I ordered was packed with chicken. It was all meat with no rice or veggies like at other Mexican restaurants. The medium taco sauce was tasty. I also ordered a tostada, which was layered with refried beans, sauce, and a huge amount of cheese. I was really impressed with the fish tacos, which were small but served with a slice of fresh lime.

Seen this place while driving by, looked interesting because of my nationality and loving Mexican food, not a place I haven’t tried in Pensacola. The Atmosphere was great, maybe could use some music while eating, the service was just as great also, good friendly and the manager Kimberly was just as nice that was on shift today at 1245pm, the food was awesome too, I got the number 7 with a strawberry lemonade , everything was great just a few things, I believe your burritos should be rolled tighter about 2 bites in i felt it loosing and everything wanting to fall out, may roll tighter and get a pressed to look them in like most places do, and the lemonade was amazing except with the straws you use the strawberries maybe diced a little more for easier drinking instead of big chunks clogging the straw, idk in a chef myself and being y’all just opened your doing great from what I’ve seen, I will be back.

NO SOUR CREAM….WHAT KIND OF……….!! (Keeping an open mind….better taste good!)
FRIES NASTY…NASTY…NASTY!! COLD, SOGGY…NO KETCHUP!! They did not have any ketchup, I was told!
Fries aftertaste …yuk….ruint…tangy… film on tongue…could not eat them…. no salt either…It sure did need ALOT of ketchup!
Asked for NO ice in Sprite, since I’m going to drive to Pace & give it to someone….LOTS of Ice!
Soo…..Employees apparently can’t even follow directions……

No Tomatoes on one Taco
No sour cream (if it even comes with it…)
Fiesta nasty, cold, NO SALT, BAD Aftertaste
I’m just going to stop at this combo….
Worse $37.27 spent on fast food Meal….
Dang, I should have gone to TACO BELL… AT LEAST. I’D GET MY SOUR CREAM!!
To MANAGEMENT…
At least offer ketchup & salt packets if the fries are going to taste nasty! Plz.
I should have walked back in & gave y’all this meal back!
Don’t advertise being open if y’all are not going to have everything! No shakes….No ketchup….
I saw someone else’s review about no tomatoes! So, it’s not a new thing! Save the time & put a sign up stating “OUT OF….” Instead of just letting your employees mess up the orders! Y’all put you were open on FACEBOOK…..not hard to put your out of on Facebook! Good Employees start with Good Management…just saying!
