EDIT: Downgrading to four stars because my fries and donut bites tasted bitter, they need to change the oil in the deep-fryer.
I forgot to take pictures of my food when I got it. I just dug right in. It was so yummy. The fish tacos are fresh and the cabbage is nice and crunchy and you have to try the fries “well done” they are delicious that way.

I was surprised to see a Del Tavo in Florida! It’s a new location. Food was excellent. Employees were friendly and helpful. No Mello Yello however.

If I could rate it a zero I would. I tried to order food in the drive thru on the 24th of February. I have never been to a del taco. I looked online so I knew what they had. I don’t know exactly what I wanted but I had it down to two… Anyways, I get to the window I tell the lady very nicely that I just need a extra minute to look at the menu. And I hear her say “these white people don’t know what the hell they want” …. I’m guessing she said it to a coworker. But that made me not want to go there ever again. Because that’s so rude. So I will never ever be back!!!!!!

Don’t get me wrong. The food is very nice however, I ordered a small drink and I was not giving the small drink and when I went up to the counter to tell them that the small drink was not in my order no one talk to me . The food was absolutely delicious the loaded fries were to die for. The tacos were very seasoned. The inside is very clean. The bathroom is very sanitary. However, the soap in the bathroom leaves a very strong smell on your hands so be advised. Lots of outlets if you’re student looking for a place to study this is a great location, fairly quiet inside no music but lots of loud beeping. The people inside the restaurant were quiet. I went in at 8 o’clock. I don’t know how it would be on a regular day . Really wish I could have gotten my drink.

The People at this location are Very Kind. I had a large, rather complicated carry out order to place at the counter. Dylan was Extremely Helpful going Out Of His Way in making Sure my Order was Correct. Thank You, Dylan for Taking Your Time to Help make my Experience a Success! The service is quick. If you like the Authentic flavor of a home cooked taco meal, you will enjoy this menu. Overall the food is Fresh and Good. The shakes are tasty. The Dragonfruit Blueberry Bubble Drinks are Very Refreshing. The fries were undercooked cold and floppy. The Birria Taco meal had no flavor. It was just pot roast with a side of pot roast juices. The Birria taco was undercooked. The 3 layer nachos just looked like puke and were cold. The number 9 meal was supposed to be steak but it’s more like cheap Philly cheesesteak meat. The fries in it were soggy and under cooked that were in it making it just a big glob of mush as you can see. It was also cold the cheese didn’t even melt it just globbed up. Coca Cola did a great job with the soda machine. If it would just stay cold enough for there to be ice and cold soda. The wait was about 20 mins which is to be normal with it still being pretty new. For the price of food and quality I would rather pay a little more and go somewhere else. Inside was nice for the amount of people. Not enough inside seating especially for those waiting on carry out orders.

I mean, if you go in with low expectations, you won’t be disappointed. I had a coupon for 2 free tacos for signing up for their rewards. Had some trouble in the app with getting the coupon to apply so I ended up going inside to place my order and they were able to get it applied at the register. I also ordered their steak fries (which was a mistake). The tacos were okay. Comparable to Taco Bell obviously. I liked that mine were loaded up with a lot of cheese, although I have a feeling they put way too much on their from a good cost perspective. But the steak on the steak fries had zero flavor. Not even like salt & pepper for taste. It was just plain, flavorless fast food beef. Taco Bells ground beef has more flavor than the steak here. That’s how bad it was. I’ll definitely try other things from the menu. The birria Ramen has my interests piqued. Service was extremely fast and friendly too!

Your staff is out of control. Your manager needs to be fired and the two kids working there need a good attitude adjustment. I’ve never been chased out of a store by an out of control teenager threatening to beat me up. I’ve never dealt with such unprofessionalism in my life. The manger was egging them on and yelling at me. Here’s video proof. Sound up!

The burrito was horrible, it was filled with crinkle fries, and tasteless meat. Then in a combo meal, they give you more crinkle fries. The fries didn’t have much flavor. The staff appeared to have little interest in their job. It was so cold that people were wearing coats inside. I was uncomfortable. I ate half my meal and threw the other half in the garbage. On top of this it was overpriced.
