We rode the Greenbrier River Trail out and back. We had our celebratory dinner on the last night of our trip at Del Sol.
We had the Ceviche, chowder, crab cake salad and shrimp tacos.
We loved everything although the ceviche was a little salty but I’m sensitive to salt.
Service was friendly and efficient. We understand they remodeled recently and it was laid back and comfortable. We would eat here again!

Del Sol takes the lead for best margarita in town. Serious delicious. Take advantage of nice weather and enjoy their patio. Food was also great. The brisket tacos were spicy and had so much flavor. The shrimp tacos looked like they should be on the cover of a cooking magazine.

We were set to go to another restaurant but their wait time was ridiculous so we went to Del Sol across the street and they readily accommodated us. We were a group of 17 and sat on the patio. It was a very hot day but the sun shifted quickly so there was plenty of shaded seating.
The food was delicious and they brought it all out at the same time which was amazing considering our large group. That Del Sol soup… yum!
Our waitress was friendly and attentive and we could not have asked for better!
It was a nice place and we highly recommend it.

This is one of the best restaurants we have had the pleasure to dine at in WV. We have eaten at many restaurants over the entire state of WV while doing business there for the last 20 years. If you like great healthy and tasty food, excellent service and perfect Martinis, all at a fair price, this is your place to go! Highly recommend it! We will alway come back and reccomend it to our business clients.

Setting was excellent, and what pulled us in. Menu was an interesting mix of Mexican and Asian. We ordered beef dumplings for an appetizer, they came out without the bottoms, overcooked, and 10 minutes after our dinner. The ahi tacos were overcooked, and came in a single cold corn tortilla, which I’ve never seen before. Usually any real Mexican place will double down on a soft corn tortilla and grill or heat it in some way. Tea tasted fermented, I never got a refill while my husband got several.

Lewisburg is a wonderful town, and Del Sol Cantina is a perfect complement! The restaurant is clean and well maintained (the patio looked very nice, but it was too cold to eat out there). Service was stellar and attentive. We had the chips appetizer with guac and queso cheese – mmmmm. My wife got the birria tacos, which were super juicy and tasty. The real star of the evening was the blackened shrimp tacos, though – a perfect blend of crispy cabbage, sweet sauce, caramelized onions, and crispy seasoned shrimp. YES! There are lots of other appealing options on the menu, so we’ll be back. Great job, guys!

We stopped here for dinner with family and were very happy with our meals . Service was excellent all around. The wait staff was hustling throughout the evening and yet still made time to come back and check on us and refill water glasses etc. Food was fresh, flavorful, and sufficient quantities. Would eat here again

Again this was a recommendation from our WVSOM Contact and it didn’t disappoint! Del Sol was excellent! We were promptly greeted by our waitress Jamie and perused the drink and food menus. We started with the Cadillac and Angry Margaritas, which she also made. They were very good. The Angry Margarita and fresh jalapeños with the seeds throughout. Since we wanted to share, we ordered the chicken chimichanga and the Baja Style Cod Tacos. Both were amazing! The batter on the tacos was light and crunchy. The flour tortillas on the chimichanga was light and melted in your mouth. The ingredients were very fresh and complimented the main dishes so well! If you find yourself in Lewisburg, WV, this is a must visit eating place!

Service was very good. We never had to worry about drink refills or had a wait on food. We chose to sit outside and it had a very nice atmosphere and feel to it. We got the beef fajita and the Thai chicken curry which were both excellent. We definitely plan on coming here again. Thanks for the great experience.
