The service was worse than awful. We made our order and had it repeated back to us. We noticed more cars pulling up to make their own orders and after 40 minutes… we were one of the only cars left. I don’t think we even ordered that much food. One dinner meal and one sandwich and one of the fried ice creams. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they were somewhat busy. I pushed my button and just asked for an update on our food.. First off, the server that was running the food was completely confused on who ordered what. She walked to 3 different cars and said “I don’t know whose food this is” without asking anyone “what did you order?” Back to the update after 40 minutes, the lady over the intercom said “Okay.. what did you order?” You don’t know? The spots are numbered. I stated that I was just going to go somewhere else. If you weren’t concerned as to why one of the first cars that showed up still hasn’t been served, then maybe you should come out there and ask. I have never dealt with this before from this establishment. The crew that worked tonight, especially the person taking the orders and the person running the food, need to be addressed. They don’t know what’s going on.

Definitely not as yummy as remembered & for sure not worth $12. Gravy old, thick; chicken fried chicken breading either hard crisp or soggy falling off & chicken barely cooked thoroughly; okra tasteless had to season & crisp up in toaster. Maybe experience would have been better if staff were not weed? If you’re gonna smoke on the job at least do it so can’t smell it on waitstaff or coming out the doors?

Had this for dinner tonight. Very disappointed. There was literally the thinnest flattest piece of meat. It was literally 95% breading and 5% meat. Not worth $11.49 for a batter hardly any meat sandwich. Also the onion rings for $6.49 for only 5 of them is ridiculous. The staff was great but the company not as much. Do better Del Rancho USA, Inc., Del Rancho – NW OKC. Not worth $32 bucks.

DelRancho you made me a happy, happy person today. Oh my it was absolutely delicious. I ate every single crumb while doing my happy dance is the seat of my car! I hadn’t had a steak sandwich like this in a very very long time. PLEASE consider putting one in in Enid, OKLAHOMA. We are so sick of not having THE BEST CHICKEN FRY available to us. The staff was great also!

I used to really enjoy coming here but it has gone down hill. I called this evening a lil before 8 pm. A lady answered the phone and all I heard in the background was “Why do people call….” and then click. Hangs up. So I call back someone answers Del Rancho so I told my order and went to get my food 15 min later like they said. They forgot 2 of my drinks, one was rang up, the other wasnt. So for 2 kids meals, a steak sandwich, small steak dinner and chicken supreme salad was almost $70. Like why is a salad with thin burnt chicken and all lettuce almost $15? Between the not so great food, at least not like it used to be, and the outrageous prices, oh and the people who answer a business phone like that, I see why they’re not as busy as they used to be. It’s really disappointing.

Freshly made food that was hot and had good flavor. The Hickory Burger was good but a little plain. Their tater tots were some of the best I’ve had in a long time, not to potatoey and were nice and crispy. Their Steak Sandwich Supreme looked pretty good also. The carhop was nice and they also offer outdoor seating (picnic tables) just in case you don’t want to eat in your car.

Absolutely the worst experience and customer service EVER. I called in an order at 5:57 before leaving work to pick up on way home after a long day at work. I was told we will have you order ready in 15 minutes. I arrived at 6:23 to pickup my order and was told we will have it right out. I sat patiently waiting and about 6:57 I buzzed the button again to check the status and lady apologized and said we will get it right out. A young lady with glasses brings the order out and I asked has this order been sitting all this time and so now it’s cold? She hatefully replied with i don’t know i didn’t bag it you will have to check. I reached in and the fries were ice cold, I said do you think they can remake this, she said i don’t know and began to snap an attitude which I then reacted to and said nevermind then I don’t want this I’m not paying for ice cold food. She snatched the food and turned to walk away with my credit card and I said can I have my card back and she threw it at me, I then asked can you cancel that charge? She shoved her machine in my face to show her canceling the transaction. She was so rude and unprofessional and turned the whole visit to the worst I’ve ever had with that location. Hire better people, it’s hospitality in food service which she clearly lacks.

Haven’t had a steak sandwich supreme from Del rancho in about 47 years. Thought they all closed some time back. Stopped in Oklahoma city warr acres on 63rd st and got me one. Was fantastic and I enjoyed that bucket tremendously. Was as good as I remembered it was. When in but town I’ll definitely be going back another. I use to go eat at the del rancho in Duncan til it closed and a sandwich was just 2.50 and now in chumps economy it is 11.50, but I’ll pay it, it’s that good!!! Go get you one as they have 4or5 places in Moore, Midwest city, Shawnee and once. You won’t regret it. STEAK SANDWICH SUPREME PLEASE! HOOAH!

Very disappointed. The fries were soggy & burnt at the time. How you do that, much less send it out, is a mystery to me. The breading on the chicken fried steaks tasted like 2 week old fryer grease and was soggy and falling off the meat, which was like rubber. Burnt okra. The green beans were green mush. Drove 20 minutes and spent $40 on garbage. Called, and the manager told me I have to bring the food the next morning when they open if I want a refund because they were about to close. She didn’t even pretend to care. Haven’t been in a while and the food is usually delicious & on point, but this was dismal.
