Ordered a modelo never received it. My wife tried to order a margarita they didn’t have them. She then tried to order a mojito and they did not have mint. She then ordered two cheese quesadillas and received one. We ordered cheese dip and were charged for it and never received it. Moving very close to this plane and hoped it would be a new frequent spot but it won’t with this experience.

I’ve been here quite a few times, even taken friends. The last few times, the quality went down slightly, today is the end. I won’t be back. I made a substitution of grilled chicken instead of regular. Another similar item with the addition of peppers and onions which I didn’t want, was $1 more. I was charged $3 extra. It was also very overcooked chicken. My husband’s arroz con Pollo had zero cheese sauce as it should come with and the portion size was half. Even though the price has increase $4.50 for that item to $18. Thanks but no thanks.

We eat here so often it’s quickly becoming one of my favorite places to eat but most importantly it’s the only place that delivers to our house!
We live out in the semi boonies and they deliver to us all the time and have saved me so many times of cooking when i don’t want to and am still too lazy to eat out too. Moreover they take into account my gluten allergy and have great service (we’ve eaten in store many times as well)

Placed an order online accidentally… meant to order from the location in N Durham off Roxboro St, as we have eaten there often and love it. This food was definitely not up to the same standard. They had trouble finding up the order for pick up after giving them the name multiple times and telling them what we ordered. We only got 1 small bag of chips for the salsa and the cheese dip we ordered. The Shrimp & Rice had a ton of onions, no zucchini, and hardly any sauce. The bacon cheese fries were basically glued to the bottom of the container and had 3 strips of bacon total. Steak tacos were very basic. Overall, mostly bland food. Will only be going to the N Durham location from now on for sure!

I would recommend this restaurant without hesitation. I have read other comments, and I understand that we all have different experiences. It could have been the night I went, and experienced them at their best in the kitchen, customer service, and drink recommendations. Either way, I certainly will be returning with the understanding that I expect a great experience, knowing that if that does not happen, this must have been an off day for this location.

We order from here regularly. Their food is consistently tasty— our favorites are the ACP, quesadillas, and queso! We do both delivery and takeout which are always timely— in fact delivery time is always faster than we expect! Love Del Rancho. It’s a definite go to in our house 🙂

I would leave 0 starts if I could. This location is empty; however, when you call the store’s phone number there is someone who picks up. That someone will tell you they are working on the order and it will be out soon or that the delivery driver had already delivered it. They will act confused about what happened. The kicker– the store nor the food nor the driver exist. The person on the other end of the phone is leading a fraud scam. The fact that they have been able to go about this for so long is baffling. Do not order from this place, and, more than that, go report them for fraud.

Ordered a three-item combo and some cheese dip through a delivery app. Overall, food was bland and cold. Sorely disappointed. Chili relleno and cheese both tasted … off. Bad. The potato burrito seemed like it was just crinkle cut french fries stuffed in a tortilla. Rice was undercooked with very little flavor. I ate the food because I was hungry. Probably the worst Mexican food I’ve had in Durham. Will not order again. Still looking for that hidden gem Mexican restaurant in the Triangle.
