Delicious breakfast at the Ritz! The illy espresso shots was so good. The only issue was they were very slow. But the food was great.

Wow this place is absolutely excellent, so glad we popped in for a birthday bite with family. As you walk in you are greeted by the doorman and hit with the elegance of the Ritz Carlton lobby. We sat in the lobby area to dine since the main area was under construction but that was not an issue at all, the lobby is lovely, great decor, relaxing yet fun music, excellent customer service from our lovely server Belinda and exemplary bartender Sherman. We had the cheeseboard, empanadas, and burrata salad and each was even more excellent than the one before. Sherman even surprised us with a delicious and elegant birthday pastry which was really the cherry on top of a perfect night. Belinda was patient, kind, and extremely professional with us. We cannot wait to be back.

The service was great or I’d give this a one. But I go out for the food and the atmosphere. Food was gross. Burger was inedible. Salad was lettuce, Parmesan and croutons from the grocery store. Seriously? You can’t do better than what I can buy at Kroger? Wine was worse. I’m at the ritz. But the wine was cheap. Their best glass of Pinot was a $15 bottle at a wine store yet they charged $30 for a glass. Gross. Happy to pay $30 for a glass but it should be good. Not crap wine. We’re not that stupid. Fireplace is the best part but then they have the worst music playing. The music should fit the setting, not distract from it. Overall, poorly managed. Certainly not the Ritz. More like a Marriott.

Loved everything about it! Always enjoy being there. My friend and I ate dinner at the Living room, has the best french fries , a cozy space with a fireplace and chatter all night

The good and drinks were yummy. The service was great and the atmosphere pleasant. Yes, as others said a bit pricy but to be expected for the Ritz Carlton.

Degree Bistro is inside the Ritz Carlton Hotel. Excellent service and atmosphere. The waffle was also good but I wouldn’t order the egg omelette again.

Overpriced, pretentious eatery inside an overpriced, pretentious hotel. The presentation was fantastic but the food was all bland. Did I mention it was overpriced? It was.

My nephew ordered a mocktail that was delicious, but he didn’t like it. They removed it from the bill without us even asking and were incredibly kind. Things here are expensive, but it’s the Ritz for a reason and their service is unmatched. I had no animosity towards my $20 house aged cocktail (The Frenchman) as it was potent, balanced, and served in a wonderful ambiance tucked away amidst all the action in Georgetown! While this Ritz may not scream luxury as every turn, it’s in an incredible building that makes it a different adventure from the normal Ritz vibe.

Food was delicious, service ,however, was terrible. It’s almost like none of the ladies there wanted to be there and barely acknowledged or tried to help us. The only stand-up person was the nice and only gentleman in the suit with glasses. We didn’t get to catch his name; but he was very kind.
