Walking into Defined Coffee feels like entering a community built on good vibes and genuine smiles. The tall brick walls and wide windows fill the space with light, while the calm background sounds make it easy to relax or focus. The baristas are always kind and seem to enjoy what they do, which shows in every detail. Guests chat easily, strangers exchange smiles, and the overall feeling is one of connection and peace. This place is proof that atmosphere and people can make an ordinary coffee run feel meaningful.

This place was really an awesome spot. Defined coffee really stuck out to me with their aesthetics, service, and coffee quality.

I am a big coffee snob and I really enjoy coffee. This place blew me away. Very simple menu with fun seasonal orders so it’s very hard to not find something great. Also, coffee beans are roasted RIGHT IN STORE. Perfection.

I got the Woodsman Latte hot which had smoked sea salt and a brown butter flavoring. It was the perfect mix of subtly sweet and salty with the PERFECT temperature. So many coffee places don’t know how to do both of those correct.

Overall, this place made my day as I shopped for antiques with my wife. 12/10 would recommend anyone to come here.

Stopped in to Defined Coffee one weekday morning. The place was very crowded and the line was all the way to the door which is usually a good sign! It did take a few minutes for our order to be taken and then we had to stand and wait about 15 minutes to get our food and drinks. We went with a Salted Caramel Latte, Toast & Ricotta and Strawberry Nutella Toast. Everything was great and we would highly recommend Defined Coffee!

Great spot with an awesome design inside. They have a high-quality espresso machine and an exposed coffee bean roastery that adds a nice touch for customers. The staff is friendly, and they serve a traditional 6–8 oz cappuccino—exactly how it’s supposed to be, without the made-up “sizes” that don’t exist in the true coffee world.

Plenty of space indoors as well.
Highly recommend!

I ordered my 16 oz. hot, wintermint latte made with breve – because it’s creamier – and it took 15 minutes to make. Meanwhile several people who ordered after me all got their drinks before mine, double-cupped because they were out of sleeves. After 10 minutes, I approached the bar and asked about my drink. The male barista seemed surprised, looked at the prepped cups on the counter, saw mine sitting there, confirmed my order and said “I’ll get to it momentarily.” I didn’t want to hover so I sat back down. 5 minutes later he calls out my drink. When I pick it up, I burned my palm because it’s not double-cupped. I paid $9, waited 15 minutes and then burned my hand just because I asked for breve, which apparently threw him off barista autopilot mode.

I will be going elsewhere from now on.

Very relaxing yet professional atmosphere. They were very friendly, and I and my mom loved the vibe of the place! We both got lavender vanilla lattes, and they’re amazing! Im so sad I live so far away from it, I would love for it to become my regular coffee place.

“Amazing coffee and friendly vibes! I love that they source their beans from my country GUA—it’s authentic and delicious. Definitely my new favorite spot!”

Met there w 2 busineds associayes for a quick meeting. Great vibe in an old brick mill/factory building. Coffee was great, not bitter. I got a vanilla latte and wasn’t too sweet. The barista actually thanked us for our business, very novel these days!!

Loved this spot! Brought my kids (16, 11, 6 and 6 months) to sit and enjoy some quality time over a cup of lattes and pastries. My husband and I loved our lattes, mine a lemon pound cake latte and his a white chocolate mocha. We loved the service as the ladies were as sweet a the lattes we enjoyed. The cup of art tasted as great as the atmosphere looked. Beautiful spot to enjoy a relaxing afternoon. There was even have a corner for kids! My children stayed busy and quiet as they played checkers and puzzles. We are from out of town and this place was a great find!

Stopped by for the first time today! The vibe is very cute with plenty of seating. I worked for about an hour here and it was a great environment. I had to ask the person at the register to explain the menu to me because I wasn’t really sure how to read it. Unfortunately, she was not the most enthusiastic. I also asked her if she had a recommendation for the food and she said not really. She did say everything was good. I totally get maybe not making a recommendation because you don’t know what people like but the lack of enthusiasm and her tone was not the best. I had the mountaineer coffee with oat milk. Absolutely the star of the show! Beautiful presentation and so good! I ended up with the BLT. It was okay but nothing outstanding. The bread wasn’t really toasted, just warm, and it was around $7 or $8 with no side. I would definitely come back for coffee and probably try something else to eat though. Lastly, when I got up to leave I was going to use their restroom and it was occupied. I noticed a sign that said there were changing tables in the hallway bathroom so I figured I would just go to the hallway. Just be warned that there’s not a sign when you go through that door that shows where to go to find the bathroom. but it’s to the left all the way to the end of the hall. Also, I may have missed it, but I don’t think there was a sign inside of the coffee shop that indicated you would not be able to re-enter the coffee shop through that door. If you were trying to go back into the coffee shop, you would have to go through one of the hallways and around to the front door again to get in. I ended up having to ask another business how to find the bathroom and they told me that the reason that you can’t re-enter that way is due to some issues that they had with vandalism unfortunately. So definitely makes sense as to why they are doing that. Overall I enjoyed the coffee and atmosphere and would return!
