Their pecan products are great at a fair price. The staff are very knowledgeable about pecans. Family owned business passed down from generation to generation. Their facility is very clean. When you go there you have to have some of their pecan coffee that’s always good and hot. I always have a cup when I go there. Also I purchase a pound or two of one of their many different flavored coffees. But don’t forget to get a bag of shelled pecans when in season.

I wanted to send my daughter a custom pecan gift package, so I stopped by Dees Pecan Company in Union Church in Grand Bay. Just stepping inside the door smelled heavenly, with aromatic coffee and spices wafting throughout as you shop. There was a steady stream of customers and phone calls for those of us doing our Christmas shopping. There were probably a few tourists, too, as Dees Pecans is a well-known destination for perfect pecans, pecan pies, candies, marinades, and other homemade treats.
I checked the website and learned about the basic offerings, but once inside, I found out the storefront had so much more available. I ordered a Chocolate Pecan Pie, which Dees can ship in a custom tin to safeguard the pie to reach its destination. I added Dark Chocolate Pecans, Roasted and Salted Pecans, and another favorite, the Pecan Pie in a Jar. Lastly, I bought Key Lime Pecans and Cinnamon Pecans – two delicious powdered flavors!
Everyone at Dee’s was friendly and helpful in explaining the different flavors of pecans and coffee. The order went smoothly, and the Chocolate Pecan Pie and other items are expected to ship soon. My daughter and her husband will enjoy a taste of Dees Pecans to remind them of Alabama and home.
I look forward to the next occasion and time I visit Dees Pecan Company.

I ended up ordering from Dees on a whim. However I even found them from Chicago is a random gift from the Internet. The chocolate covered pecans are magical. My kids loved them. I loved them. Oh my goodness, are they delicious.
