We ordered variety of donuts. It’s a very similar concept to Duck Donuts if you are familiar with that. Everything we ordered was great. Be careful to pay attention to the actual ingredients on the donut. The electronic sign boards had a little bit of incorrect information when it came time to ordering. When we come back to deep Creek, we will come back.

We came here to celebrate my nephew birthday with donuts in the morning. There are many flavor glaze & toppings to choose from, so you can customize your donut if you want or choose from their menu. The donuts are very sweet, but they are super fresh. There is a huge window & you can see being made in the moment. There is outdoor seating & you have a nice view to the lake! All the staff are friendly!

Fantastic made to order donuts lakeside! We stopped here a few times on our latest trip to DCL and it was well worth it for these fresh, hot delicious donuts. Highly recommend the French toast donut!!

Many creative toppings and flavor options while somehow keeping the menu very clear.
Doughnuts were excellent and freshly made to order – not greasy at all. Doughnuts are “cake-y” and require fork and knife to eat with the topping.
Nice deck overlooking the water in the back.

Fresh, hot, made in front of you donuts! You can customize them however you want or they have a big board of their own combinations. My favorites were the one with coconut and the chocolate glaze. When they first come out hot, it’s a little hard to eat they are almost too soft. If you wait a bit it’s more together. However if you wait till the next day, it’s pretty hard and not exactly good.
A little too much glaze on everything – when they put them in the box, the sugar glaze pools in the bottom. When you try to take the donut off the cardboard box, it sticks and rips the bottom of the donut off. It even happened when the donuts hot and just came out. The day old donuts ended up being hard – they weren’t good by themselves but if dunked in coffee, it brought the life back to them.
It was definitely only worth the try, if I was in the area again it’d probably get it again, maybe ask for light glaze?
(Also I didn’t read the reviews before coming in- many mentioned cleanliness which really scared me. I didn’t go into the store myself so I cannot speak for that but I would take that into consideration and look around before if we go again. )

Visited on a Saturday, off season late October and just a bit before closing. Donuts were GREAT, service at just about quitting time (Sorry!) was wonderful as the young lady was super nice. Would definitely visit again if/when in the area. Cost was $10 for 1/2 doz of donuts in which, we picked the types and she made them fresh. The picture is right after she made them. And we grapped 2 pints of ice cream while there from the seasonally closed creamery next door. Also delicious at $7 each.

We have a tiny donut loving toddler so we decided to stop at Deep Creek Donuts this morning. You can choose your own donut toppings or pick from their pre-approved menu. Donuts are freshly-made and dipped when ordered.
We all had fun watching the donut machine and dipping while we waited. Friendly staff and quick service (we were not at Deep Creek during a peak season so I’m not sure how it gets on busy winter or summer times).
New customer tip: Grab an order form from on of the tables and fill it out before you go up to the register.
