ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!! My sister and I waited in line for about an hour maybe more… while in line we see and hear multiple arguments between a couple customers, BUT ALSO THE STAFF AND CUSTOMERS! We finally made it to the counter and the guy who was supposed to be helping me stopped abruptly said he saw a ROACH and left the counter… tried finding someone who’d kill it (it was a HUGE water bug roach)… he couldn’t and he wouldn’t come back to take my order. I was over it at that point so I then had to wait for my sister to get her order while I got NOTHING! Then the guy I had came out with BIG SPRAY that he sprayed right there in front of everyone on the counter right in front of the food!!!! NO ONE SAID ANYTHING TO HIM FOR HOW HE WAS ACTING! And I didn’t get my meal…

legit worst place ive ever eaten, the wait time was around 3 hours, the workers were chatting amongst themselves instead of serving us our food that had been sitting out. very nasty place, had roaches and ants everywhere, the food was good but god i wouldnt even let my dog step foot in here

11/27/2020 Worst service. The kid was rude behind the counter. Gave us a nasty attitude. Served me a burnt burger. Don’t get the burgers here. Also chicken tenders and fries give a 2 star. They also don’t offer lettuce or tomatoes like they used too. Look how burnt this burger is. It looks even worse in person.

Me and my family had to get two servings of all of our food the fries were not done and full of grease and the tenders weren’t done hard on the outside but inside not done. Check your food people.

The chicken tenders and fries are great! You get a big enough portion to be full and have left overs to worry about carrying it around the park or wasting food. The new easy access for drink refills is much better than the old way. The food comes out fresh and nicely cooked. The one thing I would suggest, the people working the orders at the registers could move a bit faster and put a smile on their faces. After all we are spending enough money.
