I had seen this come up on Facebook for Bingo night at Decked Out Burgers and Dogs and decided we had to go and check it out. Glad we did, had a great time. Everyone was super nice and friendly and the food was great! Tried the Smokestack Burger it was scrumptious! Super fun atmosphere and we will be bringing our friends and family back for another visit soon! Hope to win at Bingo next time, see you then Krystle!

The pretzel is a must have! The cheeseburgers were excellent! The salt & pepper fries, and the onion rings were great. Krystle was an Awesome Ambassador for the Business and a new Friend!

Gracie our waitress was wonderful and welcoming. The pretzel was delicious. The Paradise burger was cooked to perfection. Food and atmosphere was extremely pleasant. I very highly recommend stopping by for a meal.

Very disappointed. Waited an hour for food when they weren’t busy. When I finally got my food, it was not at all what I ordered. Completely different item. I just ate it anyways because I didn’t want to wait another hour for them to remake it. Then our waitress said she brought an order of extra fries to our table to apologize for our wait.. except she charged us for the fries. We didn’t ask for them or order them. Just brought then to the table and made us pay for them.

Loved Decked Out! Drove 40 mins after seeing this place on Facebook multiple times. So glad we did! Food was definitely scratch made…This was our 1 time and the food was great, the place was relaxing, and Gracie was an awesome server. Super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. She really added to an already great meal. Can’t wait to come back!

We’ve been coming to Decked Out since they opened, and I can honestly say the past couple of months have been amazing. The food is definitely scratch made now and easily some of the best around. We’ve even stopped eating at El Cabo and Sam’s because the food there tastes cheap and the service is horrible, compared to Decked Out. Decked Out has really stepped up their game, and you can tell. You truly pay for what you get, and the quality at Decked Out is worth it. On top of that, the service is great, very attentive servers, drinks never went empty, and we always have a great time when we visit Decked Out! If you haven’t been lately, you really should, you’ll love it.

Finally got to try Decked out and I for the Loco Jalapeno Burger. It was delicious, probably one of the best burgers I have ever had. Our waitress Krystle was a lot of fun and very friendly. She did a great job taking care of us. I will definitely go back. And also the sweet potato fries were delish. The menu had a good variety of options.

Worst experience tonight at one of our favorite places to eat. Huge Disappointment. Very unfortunate because we have been here many times and seen huge improvements.
Worst food ever tonight. No chips. Very popular appetizer. No bone-in wings. Establishment has singer/music there tonight. Our 1st night there when singer is there. One sub we ordered was wrong. The one I ate fell apart after 2 bites. Had the exact sub Tuesday night and it did not fall apart. I didnt know we needed silverware to eat a sub. Asked 3 ppl for silverware. Never got it. Waitress checked what she keyed for our order it was correct. Called the manager. He only listened to our concerns with no comment. Sub that wrong was returned. Waitress never brought check. Had to ask for it. When we did, it was for entire bill. Manager comes out and bill got higher! Refused to take off sub that was wrong and return after 2 bites. Kept saying more than half of it was eatten, but refused to go get it to show proof that it wasn’t 1/2 eatten. Owner comes out. She only listened to her manager, not us, the customer. Still insisted we pay for a sub, that was wrong, and not eatten. Manager argues with us, that they only serve quality food. Tonight it was Food you cant eat or food they didnt have. Owner insisted we pay for sub fixed wrong. At this point, I told her I didnt care what I paid, I wanted to leave. We done told 3 ppl our concerns and they simply didnt care. Since they didnt listen, hopefully you will and save your time and $. Watch your checks too. Was charged 28% tip automatically once on a prior visit. Our Concern was an easy fix, but manager/owner didnt care.

We took advantage of the beautiful weather today and went to Decked Out Burgers and Dogs in Walnut Cove, for the first time. What a great set up! They have a lot of outdoor space and they can roll up plastic windows for indoor/outdoor seating. We were greeted outside and he asked our seating preference. We sat outside under an umbrella that provided plenty of shade. Jennifer was very attentive and we ordered quickly. We ordered the cheeseburger, mac n cheese, onion rings and two Southern all beef hotdogs. The cheeseburger had a nice char grilled flavor and it was cooked to order. The ATW hotdogs were very good. The bun was grilled (YAY) and the dog had a nice snap, the slaw tasted house made but we don’t think the chili is. It tasted like Hormel but I still liked it. The onion rings are beer battered and have the perfect bite, meaning you get onion in every bite. The mac n cheese is good and cheesy. The Wednesday special is $1 wings, so we took 10 Mango Habanero to go. Saves you $1 over menu price and every dollar counts! I just ate one and the spicy sweet flavor was great! It came with free celery and carrots (2 each) but they forgot the blue cheese. No biggie, we have that at home.
Hint: Take your time with the menu. They have it designed to save you money. There is a base price system and some add on items are free but some are extra, so pay attention. I actually like this system because you aren’t paying for items you don’t want. The only “included” side is the fries. We both upgraded our sides (Mac n cheese and onion rings) so there was a small upcharge, which is fair. Next time we will try the Brown Bag Combo because those save quite a bit of money.
All in all, it was a great experience and we’ll go back.
