New favorite spot, this place far exceeded my expectations!!! I found this just looking around Google maps and was so delighted when I finally made it in. The sound system is out of this world, deep layered bass, super chill music, they played from a chill Spotify Playlist to some really cool records. The system they have is beautiful, the inside is gorgeous, the drinks were incredible and food looked great too!! Definitely a new fav.

Not what I expected, but it’s a great place and a very pleasant surprise. It was so weird to see deviled eggs on the menu, so we had to try it along with chips and homemade salsa. Both were excellent. But the bartender… he isn’t just a normal bartender that throws stuff in a glass. No, the drinks are crafted very well. The old fashioned was made the classic way with sugar cubes instead of simple syrup. All the drinks were great. The music was different, but helps set a good mood.

The food was pretty good and had a nice vegan salad, the drink was strong. Though the service wasn’t all that great because the waitress wouldn’t stop rubbing up on my dates back, and yea it was clearly intentional. I gave her a look each time and finally she realized I was noticing her flirting with my date. That was incredibly rude.

Decibel Sound and Drink is truly one of Milwaukie’s hidden gems. It is tucked down at the end of the street in a spot you would never find by accident, but once you’re inside, you understand immediately why people love it.
The cocktail menu is outstanding. The drinks are beautifully crafted, thoughtfully balanced, and each one comes in its own unique glass, which makes the whole experience feel intentional and special. I have been here many times for both dinner and drinks, and everything I have ordered has been excellent. If you go, do not skip the pots de creme. It is one of the best desserts in the area.
The inside has a warm, inviting atmosphere, and even though they open the patio in the summer, I always prefer sitting indoors because the space is so enjoyable. The staff deserves a special shoutout. They are friendly, attentive, and incredibly on top of things. No matter how busy it gets, they manage the room effortlessly. They even flip the record right away every single time, which is pretty impressive given how fast-paced the place can get. You always feel well cared for here.
Decibel Sound and Drink is the kind of small business you feel good supporting. Highly recommend checking it out.

Super cute record bar! Drinks are definitely a bit spendy but very delicious and snacks are pretty great too. Great environment and staff are absoluty amazing. No matter the weather this place is perfect for date night because you can have indoor seating and patio seating plus they have a food cart pod right across the street which has a great variety.

My partner and I had a lovely experience here recently. Our host was Caroline and she was amazing! She MADE SURE we were comfortable and satisfied while we were there. She was so thoughtful, empathetic, and charming. I ordered a glass of red wine, but ultimately it was unsatisfactory. Caroline said: “Gah! I’m so sorry. Let’s get you something that works for you,” and she promptly replaced with another glass that was better. Such a gracious host and the whole vibe in there is delicious. We also got the potatoes as a snack and they were perfect. This visit was a break from moving for us and it turned out to be just what we needed. Can’t wait to go back! Thanks, Caroline!

We have been looking for a hi-far bar in Portland and loved decibel! The indoor decoration and design is very beautiful, drinks are very good and the food was delicious.
Sound experience, amazing! We sat at the bar for a bit and then the tables on the side. I personally liked the sound experience on the bar better. There is also a couch facing the sound system which gives you a much better experience!
Staff are super nice, and they music selection was great! You can choose a vinyl and place it on the table and if it goes with the mood, they play yours

Great vibe and a perfect place to chill with some small plates and cocktails. The foccacia bread was warm, soft and had the right amount of crisp. Definitely add the pork to the eggs. My husband said the nachos were delicious. The prices were very fair for the level of cocktails they have.
