CRUSH
Deccan Morsels absolutely delivers. The indian food is bold, rich, and authentic—every bite packed with deep, slow-cooked flavor. The wrap I had was perfectly cooked with a tender, well-seasoned filling and a soft, lightly charred flatbread that held everything together without falling apart.
Portions are generous, spices are balanced (not just heat for heat’s sake), and you can tell real care goes into the food. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, and even when it’s busy, the experience feels worth the wait.
If you’re craving real Indian street-style flavors done right, this place is a must. I’ll be back. ️

Excellent place for some evening snack. Highly recommend their rumali roti and chicken 65 combo. Great flavor, delicious in taste and finger licking good.
The Irani chai taste great too. Definitely my goto spot for some quick bites.

Not the most aesthetic pleasing place. Very average in view. People say the rolls are great here but I wonder the food quality tests.

Anywho I was here for Irani Chai and that was the best Irani Chai I had in years. Thoroughly loved it !

Tried Deccan Morsels for the first time in Fremont and it was honestly such a good surprise! The Zafron Chai was rich, perfectly balanced, and had that real saffron aroma unlike the fake syrupy kind you usually get. I also ordered the Chicken 65 with Rumali Roti, and it was pretty good, it waa crispy, flavorful, and not oily at all. The roti was soft and fresh, exactly how it should be. You can tell they put effort into both flavor and presentation. Definitely coming back again!

If you’re craving authentic Hyderabadi Irani chai, Deccan Morsels is the place — hands down the best I’ve tasted anywhere in North America. The aroma hits you first, with that perfect balance of strong tea, rich milk, and a hint of spice that instantly transports you to the old Irani cafés of Hyderabad.

The chai is brewed to perfection — creamy, flavorful, and soothing with every sip. You can tell they put genuine care and tradition into their recipe. Pair it with their snacks, and it’s a match made in heaven!

The presentation, the hospitality, and the nostalgic Hyderabadi touch make the experience truly special. Whether you’re a chai lover or just curious to try authentic Irani chai done right, this place is a must-visit.

Highly recommended — this is the kind of chai that keeps you coming back for more! ☕️

When you feel a craving for some Hyderabadi chai and snacks – no place better than this. They are open late. The chai. was good, the bun maska too. The Qubbani ka meeta was a little too meeta with too much mawa which didn’t do it for me. Otherwise good place and will come back to try more

We recently tried the chicken shawarma, chicken 65, and chai with bun maska at this spot. While I was excited to try everything, I found the experience to be a bit mixed. The chicken shawarma was decent but lacked the bold, savory flavors I usually associate with good shawarma. The chicken itself was cooked well, but the overall taste felt underwhelming, and the wrap didn’t really stand out. The chicken 65 was also just okay — it had a nice crispness, but the spices didn’t quite hit the mark, making it feel a bit bland compared to the authentic version of this dish.

What truly stood out, however, was the chai and bun maska. The chai was perfectly brewed — rich, aromatic, and comforting, exactly how it should be. Paired with the soft, buttery bun maska, it made for a nostalgic and satisfying combo that I would definitely come back for.

One area I think could really use improvement is the mayonnaise. It didn’t add much to the dishes and felt a bit flavorless. A well-seasoned, flavorful mayo or garlic sauce could really elevate the shawarma and chicken dishes. Overall, the place has potential, especially for tea lovers.

Tried their Zafrani chai, bun maska, Chicken 65, and Paneer 65 with the roomali roti combo. Everything tasted good. The bun maska was fresh, though it could have used a bit more butter inside. The Paneer 65 had a bit too much coloring, but the roomali roti was soft and quite good. Overall, it was a good experience, and everything looked fresh

Deccan Morsels is a gem in Fremont! We came on a Friday night and the place was absolutely packed, but service didn’t miss a beat. We all ordered Irani chai and were amazed at how quickly it came out – within seconds. The chai was perfect: strong, smooth, and full of flavor with just the right balance of sweetness and richness. You can tell they know how to do chai right.
The atmosphere had such great energy, and the staff were warm and attentive even with the rush. Location is convenient with plenty of parking, which makes it even better. If you’re a chai lover, this spot is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be coming back for more!

5 star for the Irani Chai!!!
Every other shortcoming for this place will be forgotten after you sip a cup of their Chai. Being a Hyderabadi and sipping authentic Irani chai in Bay Area is a blessing. I would recommend their Onion Samosas and Irani Chai. We also got the Rumali Roti with Chicken 65, the roti was so soft and the chicken tasted soooo good!
A MUST try spot!!!!

Haleem Update:
Their Zafrani Mutton Haleem is just out of this world. If you really wanted to have some quality mutton haleem, this is the place to be at. DO NOT MISS IT! Offered in 16/32oz ranging from $20-$30.
