1st time eating here. They come to your car for your order, or if you walk up they will come to you to take your order.
We got the fried chicken sandwich, which is chicken tenders on a sandwich, onion rings and chili cheese fries. The food was hot and fresh but not much flavor.

Was just okay. Not sure what all the rave is about. Cheeseburger had a funny taste and smell. Not sure the type of patty. Bread was like mushy wonder bread. Fries were bland. Milkshake was good. Staff was friendly. Don’t need to try them again.

Came across this little gem today and we were delighted. Service with a smile at this little old fashion drive-up restaurant. The BBQ sandwich was delish, the tater tots and French fries were hot, crispy and salted perfectly, hubby loved the double hamburger. We will definitely be back again and next time we will save room for ice cream!

They come to your car to get your order so beware you’re gonna have to tip for this take out only hamburger joint. The people are nice, but the hamburger was basically the flattest driest hardest and tasteless thing you could ever order. just saying beware

I had two hot dogs, all the way. French fries. The Fries were hot til the last bite! I wanted to Rewind and eat the hotdogs again! The server was very nice and patient. I have a brain tumor, and me and my momma had never been there . The parking lot was a little awkward and FULL. But, I see why. It was great! Thank u.

We’re always looking for local diners and eateries rather than the corporate chain places and this one nailed it!
It was pretty busy when we pulled up but the server (carhop?) came and took our order right away. We noticed that meals would be brought out to cars and they would leave, and a new car would almost instantly take its place, some of them having called their order in and getting it brought out to them immediately. I was certain they had to be noting the vehicle on the ticket or something so when my meal was brought out I asked, I was surprised to learn that no, they don’t write your vehicle on the ticket. They do it all by memory! Every. Single. Vehicle that came up and ordered, they just remembered which one ordered what. It’s not like guests sitting at stationary tables in a standard restaurant. The gray Camry left and now a maroon Mazda was in its place, then the Hyundai was replaced by a Prius etc etc. but each one got their order. It was pretty impressive to watch!
Finally, the bacon double cheeseburger, chicken strips, and french fries were definitely the local diner style food we had been looking for. Will certainly eat here again the next time we’re back in Newport.

Banana Split was delicious. First time visiting and we both got a banana split. Honest mistake because it could treat 3 people. Its worth it though. Wonderful place.

Ordered a Philly and asked to make sure there was mayo and mushrooms in it. Not a single mushroom or mayo. And who puts yellow cheese on a Philly? I will NOT be back. It’s really not that hard to get an order right. Make sure that you check your order before you leave ♂️

First time here. We didn’t try any of the food but came for ice cream and was not disappointed! Hubby got the Hot Fudge Cake Sundae and I asked for a medium chocolate soft serve. I cannot believe how big the soft serve was and how delicious the cake sundae is! Both of these for only $8! Super impressed will be back to try more items on the menu!
