We’ve been here twice. The first time was great. Good food. The second time we waited almost an hour for food for three people. Another table was waiting just as long too. Apparently there was a party of 30 upstairs which can be understandable. However, the food was underwhelming and our waitress wasn’t friendly. The fish sandwhich was very small. She forgot multiple things as well as picking up our credit card for the check and not saying goodbye as she walked by us twice. By the other reviews everyone else’s food looks good but this wasn’t a hit for us and we won’t be back for awhile.

Sat outside and enjoyed all the food and service. Blueberry Belgian Waffle with Strawberries and Banana, corned beef hash over hash browns topped its an over easy egg w/ Italian toast, and a cranberry orange French toast. Delicious!

Great little place with a sense of humor. Main floor seating as well as upstairs seating, they need it for the amount of people that enjoy eating there. Prices very reasonable for what you receive for breakfast, hashbrowns are available, also biscuits are available for no extra charge. Juice comes with many of their breakfast items, something I did not know until the waitress as what kind of juice I would like.

Wow! Wow! Wow! I’ve been coming to upstate New York for four years now and had never been to this place. A friend of ours told us if we want some great breakfast or lunch, “Go to Debbie’s Cafe”! We remembered this as we were looking for lunch today and WOW!
First off it’s a cute lil diner/cafe nestled in town only about 5 miles from where we stay. We were seated right away at a cute table outside. Service was instant (which is almost non-existent these days). Our server was very friendly and courteous, I didn’t catch her name but she had blonde hair. I found what I wanted on the menu right away, the Grilled Tuna Melt. I have not been able to find a tuna melt that is exactly how a tuna melt should taste, for a VERY long time, so had to give it a go. My hubs ordered the fried buffalo chicken sandwich. When we ordered she asked us what we’d like for our side and we were both going to get chips but she recommended the fries and said, “They are the best in town”, so of course we ordered the fries.
The food came out very promptly and piping hot and smelling good! The first bite I took, I actually moaned! No joke!! Then the next one and next one, more moans. The hubs looked at me and said, Damn, is that good or something? Do you need a mop!?? We laughed but I said, You HAVE to try this! He did and said, oh I get it now. That IS great!
He was digging into his just as much. I never finish a full meal but today I did. It was AMAZING. We paid only $24.00 for two full amazing meals and two iced teas great price for such quality food! I used the restroom before we left and they looked like they were brand new. Good smells and super clean! This place is a hidden gem of the Sauquoit/New Hartford area and I cannot wait to go back!!
I’d give it 10 stars if I could and a major two thumbs up! Way to go Debbie’s and staff. You rocked it!!

Eh.. the food wasn’t great, she didn’t even offer to comp it when it was obvious I had barely touched it. I’m also very judgy of a café that doesn’t have good coffee, and this one definitely didn’t. I know that it was really busy, so the service wouldn’t have bugged me as much, except we asked if we could get the music turned down, and there was no flexibility offered for that.
Really not a great first time here. Not sure I’m coming back.

First time there with a friend of mine. Best food, best service, good prices. Our server Ashley N. was the best! When we’re in the area again, definitely stopping there for a meal!

Fast friendly service. Clean and well spaced environment. All these plates, plus four bottomless coffees and two small orange juices for $58.75 plus tax. Pistachio fans mobilize…that is a pistachio waffle with actual pistachio nuts in it. Everything was delicious and great, but that waffle was the highlight of the meal for me.
Tall stack chocolate chip pancakes topped with strawberries for $7.00
Pistachio waffle came with the Triple Deez Special for just a $0.75 up charge.
Steak & eggs with hash browns for $16.00
Florentine Fritatta for $9.00
Deconstructed breakfast sandwich for $6.00
Triple Deez Special for $9.00

Went there for the first time about a week ago, it was a Sunday quite busy, but they still had room for our large group, the only disappointment was the length it took for us to get our food. Over an hour of wait time for breakfast and the restaurant started to empty right after we got seated.

Went on a Sunday morning which I’m aware is probably their busiest time. Regardless, we walked in and waited to be sat. multiple staff saw us standing and looked at us and completely ignored our existence. No “hello, be right with you” just stared at us like we weren’t supposed to be there.
Our waitress was kind and seemed slammed with tables so we were incredibly understanding. She had only visited us a few times during our stay.
Worst part of all, it took an entire hour just to receive our food. We were only a party of 2 and ordered very basic breakfast meals so there was absolutely no reason it should have taken that long.
Food was okay. very basic middle of line diner food, nothing special. Price was decent for what you received.
Decent experience just horrible customer service.

What a great find. Coming from out of town, we initially were going to just settle for Denny’s on N. Genessee St. in Utica figuring it must be okay given the concentration of hotels nearby. Wow, talk about sketch. We turned around in the parking lot and searched for the top ranked breakfast spots in the area. There is a reason Debbie’s is tops on that list! Great staff, great atmosphere, and great food. We liked it so much we came back the next day too. It’s so great to see such a nice local establishment. Highly recommend!
