Simply amazing. My partner and I reunited in NYC and had our first date in years at Dear Irving on Hudson, seated by the window, which made the night feel extra special. It was our first time there, and Jesús gave thoughtful recommendations tailored to what we like.
The cocktails were excellent (I had the matcha one and the lychee one), and the service and ambiance were truly top-notch. We even received complimentary drinks at the end of the night. It was also quiet enough to actually talk and enjoy each other’s company, no shouting over the room.
We’re already talking about coming back. Thank you for the wonderful service, Jesús!

Took my husband to Dear Irving’s for drinks and small bites before our broadway show on his birthday. We had a reservation and were sat at the window with amazing views! The best part though was our server Juan! He was so personable, excited to celebrate with us and had great suggestions! He made a special drink based on a daiquiri and it was amazing! We enjoyed our time there so much we went back again! Lucky us! Juan was working again! We were sat at the same window seat and Juan remembered us and asked about our show experience it was amazing! Another special drink “Trouble Maker” and amazing experience! Juan is a an amazing asset to Dear Irving’s! Thank you for making our experience truly memorable!

The bar is very nice, if you’re in luck to have a table with a view. You might need to make a reservation. We walked in spontaneously to have a drink and enjoy the view…which we didn’t as we were seated at the counter. The cocktail was good but nothing special for the 25 dollars spent.

Wanted to leave this place a lower review but the service was great. Everyone was so kind especially our waiter, I can’t remember his name. It was my friend’s birthday and he brought us free champagne to celebrate which was so kind however, the drinks were just okay. I ordered an espresso martini to start and it was bad, picture attached. But I ordered their matcha cocktail next and it was decent. You’re definitely paying for the view and the service.

We lucked out with a window seat, skyline views were amazing. This can be a cozy spot with friends or a cute romantic spot for date nights.

this place is SPECTACULAR!!! Karlo was so attentive, kind, and made the entire experience! We were looking for a cocktail spot after our show, and are so glad we chose Dear Irving! Each drink was crafted and curated… and had the most amazing views! we just loved it! and a big thank to Karlo who was amazing!!

Everything was great until we stepped outside to the rooftop balcony. A staff member approached us in an aggressive manner and made comments that didn’t match what was actually happening, all because of a vape.

We enjoyed the chilled atmosphere and our server Jesus was a gentleman. He offered great recommendations for cocktails, was also very friendly and polite. I didn’t include a star rating for food as we only had drinks.
